Here it says the pharmacy closes at 6.30pm on Sunday, but when I got there at 5.50pm they said they close at 5.30! They could have saved me all the traffice on yorkdale road!

I've been shopping at this Costco for over 20 years. From the pharmacy to optical to the tire center, I've experienced great service from the staff.
However, the same cannot be said about the customers. The photo of the customer who decided to take up 2 spots is a clear reflection of their behavior.

Pharmacist lady with glasses has a MAJOR attitude and should be in a customer facing role. I've come here multiple times and her terrible attitude is always on display. You'll know her when you see her.
Other staff are friendly but unfortunately if you deal with her you will leave Costco with a bad taste in your mouth.

The automated system is awful, I got a text that my prescription was ready to pickup, when I got there, I was told it's not ready and that I had to wait 20-30 minutes. What's the point of having such a system that doesn't work?!! And its not their first time!!

Always understaffed with long wait times (over an hour in a number of occasions) to collect medications. On more than one occasion, they’ve given inaccurate amounts of medication or just inaccurate medications. The pharmacists can be impatient and rude (maybe because they’re overworked and understaffed). Quick tips: wear comfy shoes and check, double check, and triple check your prescriptions.

I love Costco. Long after REI decided to stop standing behind their products, Costco still does. They're one of the few retailers that has lifetime returns for non-electronics. It's saved my bacon on a few things over the years that you expect to have a long life but sometimes don't. Example: I bought a e-mower and trimmer (~$750) in Spring of 2022. In Summer of 2023, the dual battery stopped auto-switching. Were it any other retailer, I'd have to deal with the inconvenience of swapping batteries manually, or the hassle of shipping it for repair (4 year warranty). Costco lets me return it. I may wait for summer, when they carry replacements.I also love how they stand behind certain principles (refusal to raise the price on rotisserie or hot dog and drink). I don't even buy these items, but for a profit-driven corporation, it's a rare breath of fresh air.I wish they had a better mobile/web experience, but that's part of their strategy to increase foot traffic. I disagree with it but not enough to stop going.After 12 years of membership, I still learn of new services they offer. For example, in the past month I've learned they have free self service automatic tire air (and it's Nitrogen!). The inflators aren't perfect, but the service people nearby will help if the machines fail. They also offer discounted travel insurance.Also, I love their pizza compared to any frozen or most delivery places. $10 lasts for 4-5 meals.

They always give me the more expensive brand for the same drug even though my doctor sent them the cheaper one on the prescription. Every time, I need to wait for more than a hour to pick up one drug. Obviously, they want me to pay more if I don’t want to wait. horrible experience!

They’re rude, rarely answer the phone, they hung up on me even! And then automatically put me on hold! They’re disregard for customers is ridiculous. I overheard others complain waiting for 2 hours for a prescription. They have too high of a rating. 87%? Doubt it

Everything at best available prices .If you are looking for condiments, spices, ingredients to cook a great meal at home , you would find that as well for its range of cheese , pasta , sauces, etcGreat courteous customer service staff always very helpful!
