Great store, good products. I want to congratulate the people who work there, almost every time I go there I'm served with patience and kindness, I've watched them endure bad treatment from customers and still standing straight. I'm impressed with how they manage to keep the store clean and well organized although there's always a crowd shifting things around.

This location has the BEST staffs!! My shopping cart was accidentally taken by someone yesterday, and my umbrella was in the cart. The umbrella is very important as it is my university’s graduation gift. I then reach out to their staffs, they all super kind and started looking around for me. I would like to send special thanks to their staff Romeo who took ownership to my situation - He ran around the whole store and even walked out in the rain to locate my missing umbrella. At the end I was able to have my umbrella back. Thank you Romeo, and the whole 50 queen Elizabeth blvd team! You guys demonstrates the BEST customer service?You guys should feel proud of yourself

You really have to give it up to the staff. I've been in many a Coscto, but this one has to be the most craziest and busiest one I have ever seen. You really have to pay attention to there peak busy hours. Although the parking lot is massive you can find yourself doing laps for a while. But back to the staff, as people mess up clothes, food items and displays they are right behind them cleaning and organizing. Over all an exciting shopping experience is how I would describe this location.

As a new Costco member, I gotta say I’m so pleased with my experience.I had come back the second day to purchase these beautiful tiles that were on sale only to find the skid empty in the aisle. I went to the front desk and a lovely associate helped me (mind you her shift was over — I wish I caught her name). She called the back asking if they can bring the tiles to the floor but also asked me if I was willing to come back at a later time.It must’ve been my lucky day because the associate on the head set said she can bring me the 7 boxes of tiles to the front. I immediately made the purchase on the spot. Of course the tile boxes were heavy and another associate advised me that there are folks in the front with safety vests who can help me. I made my way to the front by the buggies and the team of guys helped me pack them into the trunk of my car.Seriously, I get it now. Thank you guys so much for such a positive experience! So happy I finally got a membership. I feel like a real adult now. ?ALSO I didn’t have trouble finding parking both times I went. Lucky stars? I don’t know.Thanks Costco team!!!

Today a Costco Employee named Frankei on the return, membership and refunds area made me line up in the merchandise return line after I told him that I need to get a refund or price adjustment. I told him that last time i did no line up on the return line but he refused to help me. Later on minutes after another Costco Employee made clear to everyone that there are two lines one for returns and another one for refunds. This shows the poor customer service this location has how these employees aren'ton the same page when it comes to deal with customers. Thanks Frankei to made me waste my time. This is a perfect Frankenstein monster attitude 5 thumbs down for you.

I had a terrible experience with the customer service at Costco Pharmacy. They delayed my prescription pickup by a whopping 45 minutes. This kind of wait time is completely unacceptable, and it's frustrating when you have important medications to pick up. The staff didn't seem to have any sense of urgency or concern for my time. I hope they can improve their service and prioritize their customers' needs better in the future.

I only gave this location 4 stars, yes it could be 5 stars. At this point in life, this is the best Costco in the downtown area. Service is great, returns are good as we know, its the luck and time of the day. To shop, I choose Tuesday to Thursday from 11am to 2pm for a civil shop.??☀️

Bought a membership via Groupon and went to the Etobicoke location to register. Did not get my physical cause the machine apparently wasn't working. The agent also took my credit card that I paid the taxes with and saved my card information to their database. He insisted that the card must be on file and he couldn't complete the membership without it. He was not able to explain why. Not a good overall first impression.

Really enjoy shopping and filling up my car here. I just wish that they would add more ♿️ parking. There never seems to be one available when im there.Please bring back the chicken wings at the snack bar, don't know why you stopped selling them.

A large-scale supermarket that sells food in bulk packages. There are many parking spaces available at this store. Although this supermarket is similar to other Costco stores, I didn't think it was as clean as it should be.

This concerns their pharmacy. While there are a few good people in the shop, overall, the service is slow with lots of mistakes, and it's very hard to get anyone on the phone. There is a lack of customer followup - they don't seem to contact with updates when needed such that your order can just sit unattended for days. The main draw is their competitive pricing and dispensing fee which appears to be the lowest in Toronto. If you have the budget, you might want to go to a place with better customer service.

Shame on you Costco! Terrible deal on gas- I pulled in and immediately left. Any given gas station today was $1.61 to 1.63. A 70’s style gas crisis lineup at Costco’s pumps just isn’t worth pennies, and certainly won’t defray the membership cost. I used to get their 91 octane for essentially the price of regular anywhere else. The food isn’t even a good deal now. I’m not renewing, and would advise anyone else to reconsider as well. Done with Costco, the insane crowds and terrible user experience.
