Walk In Clinic it's best to call to make an appointment time, or you may have to wait.The Pharmacy is small but VERY EFFICIENT. The Customer Service is excellent, and Staff are very helpful. I would say that the Pharmacist/Pharmacy Manager Hema, is in the Top 10 Of The Best In The City.

I had a great experience with Danforth Central Pharmacy. I posted this review for the Greenwood Walk In Clinic that Danforth Central Pharmacy is paired with but wanted to add it here as well because they deserve to be acknowledged! Make sure you step in to speak with Hema, the pharmacist if you have any questions about your prescription. Everyone there was lovely. The staff are polite and pleasant. I had a prescription and unlike most other places, Hema the pharmacist, asked me a few questions before instructing me on how to use the medication. There was rapport, care, pleasantries, and more importantly, I felt seen and heard. Overall, it was a very professional experience and I would highly recommend Danforth Central Pharmacy!

I had great service from Danforth Central Pharmacy today. They were able to help me out when my usual pharmacy was out of stock and gave me advice about planning my next refill. I will be a repeat customer!

The pharmacy is well stocked. The pharmacist is extremely knowledgeable and deals with her customers in a highly professional way. I have been coming to this pharmacy for as long as I have lived in Danforth and recommend my friends and family to go here.

This was the best pharmacy when Sarah and Mina were here, now this pharmacy is only going down hill. You have workers that are there now spreading my medical business around like its a high school.

Must say POOR service. Walked in asked for help and lady at counter said ‘WAIT, other lady standing next to her will help but WAIT 10 MINUTES SHE IS DOING DELIVERY’ ? and talking rudely to men she was attending

This pharmacy scammed me. I have insurance through my work place that in 2021 had a co-pay which I paid no problem. I was excited in 2022 that my insurance no longer had co-pay and 100% covered my prescriptions. Which although not a lot of money was nice to be able to save. I have never occurred a problem with this change at this pharmacy, all my prescriptions in 2022 where 100% covered. Last week I asked to fill a prescription and was surprised that I apparently owed money. When I questioned why as my insurance should cover 100% of the costs I was told by pharmacy staff that my plan had a co-pay and that was what was left over. When I again questioned as this had changed months earlier I was told I was wrong that I had co-paid in July 2021 so I didn’t have 100% coverage. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I picked up my pills and paid the fees due, planning on submitting the receipts to get the money back. I was informed by my insurance company at this point that they didn’t cover all the fees because the pharmacy was overcharging for the medications, they had paid what the medications where worth. At this point I was furious not only had the pharmacy lied to me about the reason for the charges but they had also tried to scam my insurance company of of more money, which I ended up paying anyway so they won. I don’t plan to use this unprofessional establishment again unless this issue is acknowledged and apologized for especially as I was called a liar and was provided wrong information about my own insurance coverage. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. One of them called my insurance company and helped me sort out my insurance issues so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Would recommend.

Small neighborhood pharmacy that has a walk in clinic on the same floor. Very convenient location for those living close to Greenwood and Danforth. Staff is excellent. They provide better customer service than the large drugstore chains. Delivery service available. ☆☆☆☆☆
