Went to David Yurman multiple times. The first time being stopped at the door, even though there weren’t many people inside the store. Not sure why they let people line up outside. To make them seems popular?

Was given a Yurman ring as a gift years ago. Lent it to a friend who lost it and said she would replace it with another DY ring. All the Salespeople had no knowledge on how to give me a price range ( even after showing them a photo) so I could buy a new one with an estimate to give my friend. No one offered any advice only to look at new ones at that moment. I left feeling silly like I was requesting something outlandish. No one should feel that way after leaving a luxury brand with high customer standards.

Alex is the best ! She takes her time and actually listens to her customers and what they are looking for.

This retail store is a joke when it comes to Customer Service, the staff should be replaced and a more professional crowd should be hired. First time we came in here the store was completely empty, the security guard was away, no one in the front. Then suddenly a girl comes running out after 10 minutes of us browsing, looking completely flustered and guilty?
Next time we came, I had asked to see a bracelet and try it on. I was with my husband, the MOMENT i mentioned it was going on my Christmas wishlist, the sales associate lost interest and became incredibly rude as she realized she wouldnt get a sale that day. Not sure if these are the type of people you want representing your brand...they honestly make the store feel so tacky and cheap. Like going to some market where they are preying on you to buy.

I recently purchased five items online but decided to keep only one. I visited the store to return the other four, and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. The staff member assisting me repeatedly commented, "This is too many returns, next time consider shopping in-store," which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.
Despite trying to ignore her remarks, she continued to make a big deal about the number of items I was returning, making the situation uncomfortable. To make matters worse, at the end of the transaction, she demanded all four polishing fabrics that supposedly came with the orders. I explained that there was only one fabric in the package, which I kept with the item I decided to retain. However, she insisted that the store sends one fabric per item and accused me of keeping the fabrics improperly, further embarrassing me in front of other customers.
This experience was humiliating and frustrating. I don’t understand why such a minor issue was blown out of proportion. It left me feeling unwelcome and unlikely to return to this store. It’s disappointing that something as simple as a return process could turn into such an unpleasant ordeal.

Been planning a while to busy and see the pieces in person that I'd seen online. I was greeted at the door, then redirected to Alexandra who was very kind and helpful. She helped with size, variety and material. Knew what she is talking about and knew what I wanted. I left the store as a happy customer!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ria who has other negative posts by name is not fit to work in a customer service facing position let alone a luxury brand. She is giving your store and the brand a bad name. She doesn’t care about anything.
Wouldn’t even provide a number to assist me with customer service. Told me to look it up online. So I did in front of her.
I will never shop here again!

It was my first time shopping at David Yurman, after admiring jewelry pieces online. I decided to go to the store to confirm the bracelet I wanted. Summer greeted us at the counter and made a good recommendation based on size and style. I couldn't be more happy with my purchase. I hope to buy more jewelry as the budget permits lol. Thanks for making my first high end jewelry piece memorable.

Disappointing selection with rude service. Diamonds were not aligned so I told the sales associate and she tried to gaslight me saying that they were aligned. After closer inspection she told me they are not supposed to be like that and that it was odd for them to be like that. Made it seem like it was my fault for pointing it out.

bought a ring for my husband and was told i could come back to size it. salesperson Afi wrote down her personal cell phone for me to get in touch with when we were ready as it was a gift. went back and acted like she didn’t remember and threw their 30 day policy in my face after spending over $1k on a single piece. save your money, they clearly work off commission.

Unwelcoming, unprofessional, and rude staff. One lady was nice but the other had a bad attitude. Went here for a return. Also, the products are nice and good quality but not worth the money I think.

Plz... nice stuff but over priced. Bought a chain 2 yrs later hook broke said $50 to repair then called me to say $206 to fix half the price I paid for it... said no thxs picked up got fixed else where for $25... 😆

I had an incredible experience here yesterday with Vicki. I dropped by to get some support on a wedding band I had bought 5 years ago, and to my surprise, Vicki was able to help me out tremendously. I absolutely appreciated it. The customer service was fantastic. Couldn't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend David Yurman at Yorkdale. Ruth was my service provider and her service, professionalism and courtesy towards me and others was beyond what I expected. Typically Jewelery stores are very pushy and they try to sell you things you don't want. Ruth took the time to listen, was not rushing me and never expected me to make a decision. This was a gift and she made the entire experience the best I ever had. Thanks to her!
