Kenneth was absolutely amazing at Dior! His knowledge not only captivated us but even gave us purpose in choosing the perfect item to purchase. My first visit today to the Bloor Street, Toronto Dior boutique was absolutely amazing! It was raining cats and dogs outside, the security guard was very pleasant to show me where to pop my umbrella. Once inside, Kenneth was so welcoming. He asked if I neededhelp and detected my Australian accent. After a very pleasant conversation, he let me browse without pressure. After showing me to the shoe department, we had a very nice conversation and he showed me some shoes. He was very knowledgeable about the Dior products. I picked out a pair that I've been wanting for ages and left the boutique. Even with the bag cover my paper bag got absolutely soaked and almost ripped in two. I ducked back to see if I could just change the bag over and the other CA who was near the door was equally as welcoming. They changed over the bag and it was perfect! They even offered to order me a cab to get back to the GO station. Highly recommend for amazing service and a beautiful creations. Thanks Kenneth & team!

This was my first experience buying a luxury good. And I'm so glad I came here. I felt anxious at first so I gave them a call. Kenneth, the SA there, helped me with my inquiry. I felt his energy through the phone! He was so attentive and kind. When I came in store, I was charmed by his service. We even talked a bit about Kpop lol (go Jimin for Dior!!!). I really felt taken care of. He even mentioned the tailoring service. (I wanted an oversized hoodie, so the sleeves were way too long). That's when I met Beatrice, their in house magician! She was also very kind and attentive. I just really appreciated the whole experience. I will definitely come back!!

What a beautiful experience both my husband and I had here on our first wedding anniversary; our SA, Kenneth, went above and beyond to assist us with what we were looking for, while educating us on so much history of the brand - so fun! We originally went in looking for some clothing for my husband but by the end of our shopping trip we also walked out with a gorgeous bag for myself! It wasn’t our first time shopping at Dior, but it was my first time purchasing one of their handbags. It was exactly the type of experience one should have when investing in a luxury item thanks to Kenneth’s impeccable customer service and knowledge. He truly is in a league of his own and Dior is very lucky to have him. As much as I love my stunning Lady D-Lite, I love the story behind it - and that includes Kenneth!

Big thank you to Kenneth today for creating an amazing experience for me!! I made my first CD purchase in-store and he absolutely helped me appreciate and develop a love for the brand. I learned about the history of Dior and he took me on a tour of the beautiful store. He is a special human being, I felt like an absolute princess!!! I am excited to return to this location in the future and make another purchase.
