The first store I see that does not allow the exchange of a product, the worst thing is that there is no warning about it and there is no need to say that the deadline has passed, because I bought two of the same products a little less than 10 minutes ago, because I opened one and it did not fit in my car, I went back with the other to exchange it and they did not allow it. Unfortunately, I am dissatisfied.

I’m a local to this Dollarama and I haven’t been able to come into this store comfortably in ATLEAST a month. How they have employees working in 30°+ heat with 0 AC is BEYOND me. I’ve had to go to other stores to avoid this one. It’s absolutely miserable to be in there for 20 minutes, cannot imagine the employees working 6-8 hour shifts for WEEKS without ANY care to fix it for customers or staff.

This store has one price sticker placed on shelves, but cashier charges different price, when asked to honor the SCOOP, asked to confirm with manager however Cashier and
another lady rudely said they can make mistake on placing price, teared off price label from shelves and said if you want pay the price they asked or leave and said they don't follow the SCOOP . I complained to customer service of Dollarama who confirmed in such error customer shall pay the lower price labelled as they also follow Ontario Code. They asked me to provide receipts and proof however as the cashier teared off the label I couldn't get chance to take a picture of the label, and I didn't purchase as didn't want to pay high price and not going to this store due to their rude behavior.

Is very bad when we bod something in the store and the cashier is talking about the stuff we buy and talking whit another cashier and say the stuff I buy are very expensive stuff and very small for the price these are very bad they don’t have to talk about these in the front of the client so they want we stopped buy on dollorama and the store close then she doesn’t have job is so stupid

I came to this store saturday afternoon and the cashier was very rude. I bought so many stuff and he didn't pack up my stuff. I asked him why wasn't he helping me and he didn't even answered me. I even had to ask him to wrap some plates. Very rude behaviour and unpleasant experience.
