I wonder who would sign up with this company when you cannot even open any page on their website except for the fake reviews. What a pathetic joke indeed! Why is this allowed to even exist? And a listed address on Bay Str when it is quite obvious it is somewhere in Punjab.

Dotto One once had excellent, reliable service, but was recently acquired by Rally Enterprises, and they screwed over legacy customers like myself by overcharging for their Spark 100 plan at nearly twice the advertised cost. I switched over to Distributel instead, which had a plan that was 5 times faster and a full ten dollars a month cheaper.

Shady af website. No phone number, no rates, no online contacts, no products, just 600 'positive reviews'. Google review user explains it's a non-commercial provider that runs a private network? If the website didn't look like it was made in 5 minutes with a site-builder tool and actually had some credibility I would not assume this is some type of data mining operation.

Good pricing however since they made the change over to their website, I have not been able to access the website online & this is what I get every time, so I cant check my account.

I have used their 150mbps service for 3+ years on a month-to-month contract. The technician who installed it was very professional and quick. I don't recall ever having to reach out to their customer support. Their customer support proactively reached out when they noticed that I had disconnected my modem during renovations. They would also proactively reach out to let me know of any upcoming service outages. The price was very competitive, and only went up once while still being very competitive. When I needed to end the contract, it was pain-free. I would highly recommend that you consider Dotto-One if they are an option in your building.

In my opinion this ISP provides private networks and doesn't deal with the general public. They try to please and it is pretty nifty to see their contractor with a huge spool of wire they literally install under the street. Dotto-One wont let you bring your own modem and Dotto-One provides a restricted modem meaning you don't have access to settings like backup / restore, remote login, or firewall etc. but they explain this is standard practice when managing a private network. Instead you may ask for adjustments or access to some of the control panels such as NAT, LAN or for bridged mode allowing your own router which will provide the greatest functionality. They have set up a back door into the modem. Dotto-One does not provide an email server or web space. Up-time and speed has been solid and its easy to reach customer service so you wont be on hold for long.

As soon as I had a problem with my internet I contacted Dotto-One tech-support and I received a very friendly and professional assistance. I really appreciated it and I greatly recommend their service.

Heard great things about them but turned out bad for me. After really wanted to go with them on my landlord’s recommendation, they accepted the price match with the competitor and later turns out they are not offering the same package as the competitor. Infact offering 200MPBS vs the 500 MBPS. That’s not called price match for God sake!
