I’ve been coming to Downtown Pets and Aquariums for years, and they’ve never let me down. The staff always remember me, and their advice has saved me more than once with my tanks and pets. It’s clear they care about animals and their customers. Prices are fair for the quality you get, and I wouldn’t trust anywhere else with my pets.

Awesome store ! The tanks are all super clean and the owners are very knowledgeable!! I go to a lot of pet stores I’ve never seen such clean fish tanks any of the negative reviews saying dirty and overpriced are actually crazy I’ve seen pea puffers sell for 100$ they’re selling them 19$ here .. they have great prices and great customer service no complaints

Horrifying neglect at this store!
Visited to see the rabbits and guinea pigs, only to find their cages completely empty—no food, no hay, nothing. When I asked staff why the bunny had no hay, they claimed it was ‘cleaning time,’ yet there wasn’t a single strand left in the cage. The animals looked stressed and hungry; this is **not** how prey animals should be kept.
This is animal abuse—plain and simple. Rabbits and guinea pigs need **24/7 access to hay to survive (their digestive systems depend on it).

I love shopping here. The employees are so friendly and helpful. The store, live animal cages and aquariums are always in pristine condition. I've bought many Koi fish for my pond from this store and they are very healthy and active.
