I’d like to warn potential customers: please think twice before buying Greg Lauren clothing. I recently purchased a pair of Men’s Khaki 34 GL Cargo Pants for $1,200, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.
After owning these pants for only two months, I tore them while simply squatting to pick something up. Given the premium price and supposed quality, this was disappointing enough, but things got worse when I reached out for a repair. I paid for return shipping and waited patiently, only to receive the pants back in worse condition than before. The stitching quality and finish were shockingly poor—definitely not what you’d expect for a high-end piece. It’s clear the repair team did the bare minimum, leaving the pants unwearable.
To make matters worse, they upcharged me for return shipping without informing me in advance. And when I contacted customer service to address my concerns, they were dismissive and offered no meaningful support. This whole experience has left me feeling unheard and completely undervalued as a customer.
After this, I have no intention of buying from Greg Lauren again. If you’re considering purchasing high-end clothing from this brand, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere if you value quality and good customer care.

I’ve shopped at this store a couple of times now, and it’s been a great experience every time. A while back, I bought a pair of jeans that have become my absolute favorite. Recently I returned to buy three shirts and I was just as impressed with the quality and style. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store has a great selection that makes it easy to find something you’ll love. Highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for stylish and well-made clothing!

I like going there because I am a fan of Y3, the service was super, Kelare was great to work with and she offer some great ideas. I was a little confused with the discounts, not clearly marked on the bill, they were great discounts just not clear, what they were.

I bought a necklace from their website and was really happy with my purchase. Prior to buying I contacted them to ask if they could get me the necklace by a specific date and they were helpful via both email and on the phone. Loving the necklace, was exactly as it appeared on the website. I don't know what is going on in the physical store but the cloth that the necklace came wrapped in smelled nice. Highly recommend!!!

This is by far, such a horrible store. The customer service is awful and you can tell that by the other reviews that the customer service is horrible. Would not suggest anyone to visit or buy from a terrible place. They need to fix up their customer service or it’s not gonna work out. Very disappointed.
