WARNING! Went in due to the engine light. He used his computer for diagnostics in under 5 minutes but couldn't identify the issue. He cleared the error code and asked me to return if the engine light reappeared, charging me $95 plus taxes. Within 2 minutes of driving away, the light came back. I immediately returned, and this time he wanted to charge me again for another diagnostic. TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE – IT'S A BIG SCAM!

I originally took my Honda Civic to Dupont Transmission for a transmission problem. The problem was in an area of the transmission which was accessible and was fixed promptly. That was 5 years ago and I have continued to use Dupont Transmission for all of my auto services. Good service and fair pricing.

Excellent experience at this shop, the owner was jammed but heard my story and somehow managed to squeeze me in for a quick job that I needed done urgently. Very fair pricing and no nonsense, I will definitely be going back to see him
