The smell when you walk in... remarkable. Clean& friendly vibe. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and very nice, always down to give you great recommendations! I go a couple times a week, never been dissatisfied.

I think it is a bit difficult to run a business properly without the right amount of staff.I was forced to wait outside for 30 minutes during opening hours (which was fine, but on a busy day where I had to be somewhere it wouldn't be fine).Being one of the only cannabis places in this area that's legit, I feel it's poor business practice to force your patrons to stand outside for half an hour just so you can have your break. I understand everyone is deserving of a break, but if you're open, you need to stay open. You lost at least 4 customers (that I saw when I showed up) because of this, that's money walking away. Yikes.

Worst experience ever as there staff use there own way of thinking to operate...so one day you can go in and something will be allowed the next day someone don't see u as there cup of coffee they tell you that's against there rules n was never done.. when I said it was done by the owner who said to me to come in when did..the guy said well I'm the owner n I don't remember you..lol funny thing was I know he's not the owner....but I don't have the time for the privileged ppl I only came here because lit n loud was close for emergency...n if I need to go in ever again for any reason it will only be when that amazing sweet black girl is at cash . The rest I don't have time for the disrespect ? especially when it was for a refund that was owed due to a pervious staffs mistake xoxo
