Scott was really helpful in both finding me a perfect fit of jeans as well as educating me on the lifespan of them and how they will age throughout time. High level quality and service at Dutil, and is why they’re my only source for jeans.

Visited the store to get a denim jacket from Naked & Famous. Brad was super helpful exposing the difference styles of jackets, helping with with sizes (they didn’t have full sizes in store) and his overall denim knowledge with multiple brands. I’d go back to get a pair of jeans to match with the jacket

I came in 30 minutes before the store closed to pick up a pair of raw denim jeans for my boyfriend as his birthday present.
Scott was super helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I haven’t enjoyed in-store shopping experience like this for a very long time.

Went to the store on Queen West and needed a pair of tan chinos. Our sales rep Brad was very helpful and knowledgeable. Found the Nudie tan jeans for me and they fit so great. I have also ordered on line from this store. Very effecient. Highly recommend Dutil !

Dutil rocks. Customer service, pricing, sales, and product availability are all awesome. I don’t love the price of shipping and the high threshold to unlock free shipping, but I understand the realities of Canada Post and living in Canada.

I cannot express in words how amazing these two guys are or how phenomenal their store is; it simply won’t do them justice.
Don’t hesitate and just go visit Brad & Scott. You’ll enter as a stranger but leave feeling like you just made two great friends. Brad & Scott are experts in denim and truly passionate about their craft and their business. I left feeling confident I made the best possible purchase and I’m thrilled to know where I’ll be going for any denim in the future.

I went here the other day after a somewhat negative experience at another store. The guy working the counter, Scott, was a mind reader. I had a limited budget and he found me the nicest pairs of jeans I could have hoped for within said budget. Some cool history lessons on all the brands I was looking at, too.
The jeans I eventually picked were at the absolute top end of my budget, yes, but I look incredibly slick in them. In all honesty, I don't ever want to take them off. Thanks, Dutil!

This place deserves the 5 star reviews. I've purchased some stuff online from Dutil before but went in today to get my denim chainstitch hemmed. Was a treat to browse their stuff in person because they carry so many great brands. Scott was super friendly and welcoming and recommended some items to try on. Best part is Brad hemmed by denim while I was browsing! Flawless job hemming. Talk about exceptional service. I'll definitely be dropping by again. Thanks.
