Had an excellent experience shopping with Mayna the other day. I walked in needing a few pieces for the office and walked out with a whole new wardrobe!!! She was kind, attentive and took all the guess work out of finding cute but corporate items that went great together. It was such a stellar customer service experience, I just had to write about it! :)

The clothes and the staff are nice but the store is filthy. It needs a paint job, new flooring, new fixtures, and the curtains need a good cleaning.

Shout out to Cecilla for providing FANTASTIC service today while helping me. She was friendly, patient and very attentive while I was in the store trying on outfits for almost an hour. Will definitely come back to this location when I am in the area.

My wife just returned items to this store and the customer service we’ve receives is phenomenal. The cashier who assisted her was patient, empathetic and helped us get our returns sorted. I ordered online and payed through Klarna app but did not get an email confirmation from Dynamite CA. She took her time to submit a refund manually and did it with patience and grace even though she had to assist other customers too. Sorry we did not get your name but Thank you!!!

The store is pricy but what store isn't now. Love their clothes, totally cute and in fashion. Customer service was also pretty helpful in finding my size and making me feel good.

The cashier girl was perfect example of being pretty & dumbDespite showing order details and returned items since I didn’t like they are heavy and material wasn’t comfortableShe processed refund as gift cardWhy are on earth I want to get a gift card for 450$Manager - fyi just train your employees firstTake time and train so that they don’t mess up our orders and while we are here waiting for refund since ages
