Why does it have to be so cold in the summer? The lovely and quiet basement is almost deserted due to the low temperature. Isn’t it a waste of resource?

A must-see library on your visit to Toronto, it is located inside the university and the atmosphere and design are great, perfect for hours of study and peace.

My favourite library in the ut, choose here if you like to study alone. There are plenty of desks isolated you from others. A quiet place to come.

This isn't a great place to study, the layout is very strange. The quiet study areas are surrounded by group study rooms and/or are open concept, so noise travels quite a bit.On the main floor, there is a non-silent area directly over-looking the silent reading room. In the basement, the student lounge area is next to the quiet study area without any glass separating the two.This seems to be a problem at almost every UofT library, where group study spaces are next to the quiet study spaces. Robarts is particularly noisy. There's probably only 50 or so seats on the St George campus that are truly silent.Given how many UofT students are driven insane by the workload, it seems bizarre that creating comfortable study spaces isn't a priority for admin. Oh well.

EJ is my new fav library. Great views from the second floor, cozy and warm environment, definitely quieter than RB or Kelly, and they have multiple computers on the first floor
