Not a dependable mechanic.
I came to them through a referral from my mechanic for them to look at a possible electrical issue. At first they were honest and told me that the best thing for me to do would be to log the error codes before and after the issue occurs and text them to them.
I followed up with a copy of the error codes for my issue, and the error codes before the issue arose. Then there was no response. I followed up a few more times throughout the week in case they missed my text... Still no response. I know that they received my texts because they were responding up until I sent the error codes to them.
It's entirely possible that they don't know what's going on and they don't want to spend the time to try to diagnose this issue, presumably because it's a difficult issue to diagnose. Even then, a response would be the professional thing to do, rather than ghosting me.

Got a new control arm,battery and winter tires from this place (two different visits)....my Honda Civic feels like it has more power....they were fast and transparent about everything thanks eagle team :)...also affordable

Been coming here for the last 3-5 years and they never disappoint. Ron has saved me so much money from other mechanics **** ups and the pricing is always solid. Never paying more than what I need and never had to come back for the same problem twice after they’re done with it.

My vehicle is a Chevy Suburban 1500 2008, and this is my experience.This is an honest and reliable shop. I have been taking my car here since it has been off warranty. I highly recommend bringing your car. If you have any mechanical issues, the owner of this shop is kendall he's very knowledgeable and Skilled mechanic at solving Any mechanical issue you may have. Also, Ron the Shop manager, is very knowledgeable when it comes to your questions. He's more than willing to take the time to answer, and Explain thoroughlyVery happy with the services thanks!
