Never again. Took my truck here for an engine light. Known problem with this vehicle affecting the emission system. The repair should have been covered under the emission system warranty but NO the service department charged me for it. Refused to even talk about it, just have to pay for it you stupid customer. Call to Ford Canada. They refuse to correct the issue. The PCM was reprogrammed so the customer pays. If the PCM was replaced it would be covered under the warranty. I guess it's my fault Ford programmed the PCM incorrectly when the truck was built.Lesson learned......NO more F'n Fords!Sad because I have purchased a couple of F150's from this and other dealerships under the same ownership. Had been many great experiences up until today. Ford Canada didn't even try to resolve the issue just a brick wall.

I went to get my coolant flushed for my 2014 Ford Edge at East Court Ford. After job was done I looked at the reservoir and always question myself if they truly did a full coolant flush right? The colour looked odd like a milkshake colour ( had a tint of orange yellow green ) . Did the technician did a full coolant flush as per paperwork order or did he/she just mixed the old coolant with the new coolant. Well let me tell you, this did not help my water pump at all. It failed at 99000kms 4 months after the coolant flush they did which was at 90000kms . It cost me $3500 in repairs. A job that was supposed to be done correctly for $150, lead to water pump failure and enormous expense. I knew there was no point talking to them, they will just deny it anyway. Everyone thanks for reading this and be very cautious who works on your car. I hope Ford Canada reads this. I would be very happy to talk to them anytime!! And provide proof of everything I said is correct.

Do not buy an EV here!!Please do not buy from this dishonest dealer. I cannot believe they are asking you to lie to the government for their benefit because the izev program hurts their revenue.Edit to add on Aug 24 2023 you had a jr sales manager that just started and was not informed as to what happen call me to threaten legal action if I don't take this review down.The owner is welcome to call me directly to apologize, whom never spoke to me about this yet, to resolve this matter.Here is my story:Tried to buy a mustang mach e and they do not follow the government rebate program. They inflate your bill by the five thousand rebate and then have you sign government forms stating they gave you the money at point of sale when they did not.They make up their own rules and policies to protect their revenue. Their motto is dealer first and customer last.I was not prepared to attest and lie on government forms stating this dealer gave me $5,000 when they did not. I reported this dealer to Transport Canada about what they are doing. Transport Canada has issued them a warning and said suspension from the program will be next.I waited more than 3 months for my order only for these crooks to refuse to sell it to me. I suspect they did this so they can mark it up to someone else.I went to Ford Canada and also the executive office at Ford. No one was willing to help, citing dealers are independently owned and operated. Very disapointed in the brand they would not step in despite acting in violation of Transport Canada.Punit, or Prince as he goes by is absolutely terrible. The outright lies and when calling him out he just sends you to Vineet.Check the omvic site for judgements against Punit and this dealership. Vineet, and Kamal all have lied and the sales culture is built on lies and deception. My sales rep Murphy was no better.Please do not make the same mistake I made. Stay away.
