Worst service ever, please do not fall for their prices.
We recently did a long distance move from Toronto to Winnipeg and it was nothing but a nightmare. They make you sign an absurd contract that always just protects them. You have no right to complaint about anything since every clause supports the company. They never mentioned that they use a pick up truck for deliveries and would not ship your stuff unless they have a load completely full for transit which means your stuff will just lay around their warehouse for months. My stuff was delivered after more than a month and when I tried calling to get updates I was ignored or very rudely attended by the manager. Thankfully my stuff came intact but everything else in the truck was damaged and I would never ever trust them with any move. All these piano reviews are fake and fabricated just to minimise the rating damage that actual customers share which is usually 1 Star and a very poor review.
Beware this is not worth the money based on how much mental torture you have to go through.

I 100% do NOT recommend this company for moving. They damaged two walls and left debris on the floor. After reporting (email and text) the damage to Kevin Amir “general manager” I heard nothing back. When I called Kevin’s number, someone answered and claimed that Kevin “does not take calls”. When I asked about compensation for the damage, the person said a “special person” would be “investigating”….. yep sounds totally bogus. Anyway he assured me I would hear back by Friday….. we shall see! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
UPDATE: the company offered to pay $300 for the damage…. Not nearly enough to cover the cost of the repairs. HOWEVER, they have still yet to send any money! So beware this company is shady and not to be trusted!
UPDATE: It has now been over two months, and I have yet to hear a single word from this company. They requested a form to be filled out—which I promptly completed in early December. I followed up again in January, and still, absolute silence. At this point, it’s no longer about the money—it’s about their blatant disregard for professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service. Their complete failure to communicate speaks volumes about how little they value their clients. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!

Easy Moving was awesome, they are professional and got the job done with ease. They delivered a hospital bed to the 2nd floor in the house and assembled it. They showed us how to use it, they were very helpful. Thank you for the excellent service.

We hired Easy Moving for a move from Norwood to Peterborough. From the initial contact until the move was completed, everyone who we came in contact with was very professional. They provided several options with quotes for everything. There were no surprises.
The movers arrived on time and were extremely courteous and respectful of our possessions. We moved dressers, a bar fridge, pantry cupboard, disassembled furniture, a guitar and amp, weights, a 60” TV, 5 computers, coffee table, packed suitcases and other items.
On arrival at the destination they unloaded and placed every item exactly where we asked them to and assisted with putting back together furniture.
I 100% recommend this company and will use them again for an additional move in 2025.
