My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience with Engage. The staff were all so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful (special shoutout to Mariam, Charity, and Chloé!).
The whole process was very smooth (and fun!)—efficient without being hurried. I made a few revisions to the initial design, and I never felt like I was inconveniencing anyone. The team really wants you to enjoy the experience.
Mariam was so warm and helpful. We both got helpful feedback on our design requests, including when an idea wouldn’t be structurally sound enough. The result is beautiful rings that don’t feel too fragile to wear every day.
Can’t recommend Engage enough!

We’re now engaged! A huge thank you to everyone at Engage Studio. The team is incredible—so friendly and welcoming. They understood what we wanted and helped us get the ring just in time for our special day. The ring is beautiful and exactly what I dreamed of. I love their idea of a JOURNEY of love. The whole experience was unique and will definitely stay in our memories forever.

They were always reachable and flexible in the process, and I could sense that they paid close attention to my vision. The options that were presented were fairly priced, considerate of my preferences, and, most importantly, the result is so beautiful!

Mariam and the team at Engage Studio did an amazing job creating the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancée. I felt so involved in the process from start to finish, which was incredible when it comes to designing a custom ring. Truly felt like I was part of the team. All the staff were friendly, attentive and listened to my requests, inquiries and creative inspiration. The final product could not have turned out better. They even included a replica that looked exactly like the real ring, which was perfect for a destination proposal (made it all the way to Italy without a hitch)! Plus the way they package it all up with the final piece shows the love and care that goes into a custom ring - not only from me, but from them. If you have the time to do it right, and a partner who loves the sentimental value that goes into choosing the right ring, I highly recommend working with the folks at Engage.

This review is long overdue but not without gratitude. From start to finish the crew at engage made sure the experience was seamless and easy. They really took care of everything with the ring and made sure I was able to focus on the more personal aspects of proposal. I can’t compliment enough the level of professionalism and sincere customer service. Would recommend 10/10. Not a single negative aspect of the experience I can think of. Thanks again guys!
