No greetings when you enter the store. The tall guy in green looked away when I said hello. Wanted to buy some stuff but not interested to ever be a customer here. Customer service is the main difference between a high quality and mediocre brand.

Some of the furniture was wonky on the showroom floor. E.g drawers falling off. Doors not in straight.

Joel was a pleasure to work with, assisting us over the course of a couple of weeks to help us determine the best couch configuration given the spatial constraints of the stairwell in our house. Some of the best customer service we've received from any sales associate / design consultant in our efforts to furnish our home.

Stay away from this furniture shop. I ordered a table and the table came with a missing part so it could not be assembled after waiting for 3 weeks. After a whishy washy customer service response, I pressed for an answer if the part could be delivered and they told us a different colour one can be delivered (so a white table with black parts, in what mind do they think this is OK?. The response is outrageous and poor. I asked if this could be a temporary solution when the one with the right colour (the one we paid full price for) she said she can do it but they have to charge you shipping fees. Unbelievable. As you tried to explain to the operator your frustration, she put on a waiting music to not hear you. Proceed at your own risk. Never again.

Furniture quality is mediocre at best (for the price point). Customer service is average, making clients feel like EQ3 are doing you a favour rather than standing behind their products. In store help is just as bad. They are almost reluctant to answer questions or help you. It feels very transactional like they couldn’t be bothered to be there unless you want to checkout. Not sure if other locations have a similar experience. The furniture looks good and is stylish but when it comes to quality, price point and customer experience, I don’t think it’s worth the headache.

In response to your pathetic response: when and where did I say there was any spill? There was no spill at all. Just a vase on a table. Stand by your products rather than trying to find blame in you clients!DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM EQ3. We bought the Ease table through our interior designer for our new home. Do not do it. This company does not stand behind their products. We had the table for less than a week and it is damaged and they refuse to do anything about it. If you do buy this table, don't think you can put anything on top of it. I put a plant (in a sealed - so no leakage - vase) on the table and within 3 days there was damage to the table underneath. This table is so delicate and cannot actually stand to have anything on it. When I went to EQ3 to inquire they said anything you put on this table needs a coaster or trivet. But nowhere online does it say this. You wouldn't know that before hand. I also found an image from their newsletter that HAS A VASE ON THE TABLE WITH NO COASTER AND TRIVIT but they said its one of their own vases so in that case it is ok.They said basically it is my fault and that I should know better. Are you kidding me? I am 40 years old and have owned many tables before in my life - good ones! And none of them have been of such poor quality. for a $4000 table I am utterly shocked and disappointed.I read other reviews too late - they also say that this company DOES NOT CARE about you after you buy anything. There is no customer service, just customer blame. Don't do it! This place is not worth it and their products are cheap and awful.

Quality not worth the price for non-sofa items (~2000$ for table) . Perhaps lower quality on items not made in canada... I purchased table and chairs 4 years ago. high wear with chipped paint on chair seat and excessive peeling veneer On table. Customer service was fine. I should have upped my budget for real wood pieces.

Condo size furniture. Main stream designs nothing special or attractive. I would say some of the furniture look weak quality and won't last long.We dis not stay long since not much to gets your attention.

We are moving to a condo and needed new furniture. After much research, I found EQ3 design and style modern and beautiful. After visiting the King East location in Toronto, we purchased a Replay sofa, two Arie chairs, a Harvest dining table and a side table. They were able to hold the order until we have a firm moving date. During the order-on-hold time, I was able to make a few changes to the order. Jeff there is very knowledgeable and helped me deciding on the right fabric/colour combination. We can't wait to see the furniture in our space.

Avoid avoid avoid.....I purchased a $2500 chair with the intention to purchase a matching one. I choose a yellow toned upgraded upholstery.Turns out the upholstery is literally a lint and hair magnet. Within a week the chair looks 15 years old. When I reached out to head office I was ignored. Finally after the third attempt they replied asking for pictures, which I sent.I was hoping that they would at the very least offer to reupholster ( I would help cover the cost). Nope, they sent me cleaning instructions and said the material I chose is prone to collecting hair, dirt and lint. How about they tell you this when purchasing and choosing the fabric. $2500!!!!!!! Its bullsh*t.

Don’t buy…the post sale customer care/warranty here is just a joke. For a $1899 dining table get stained by WATER after 2months of purchase and sadly has been determined as ‘misused’ because I used wet cloth to wipe the dining table lol.

Dropped in for a browse recently. Loved the style of furniture. I was looking for a new bed frame found one. The staff member Joel help me with my purchase he was very informative. Bought the bed and can’t wait until it arrives. I will be back to purchase a few other items. Kind regards, Joan

Just received a table with 2 bar stools and absolutely love it! Very trendy but still sturdy. I was very happy that the delivery came within about 10 days from ordering.

Great experience here!The staff helped us with picking the sofa and fabric and placed the order in store. We were given 8-12 weeks for delivery and the sofa arrived just over 8 weeks later. Great communication and friendly staffHighly recommended
