Was here to use the Vacuum. Put 3 dollars in didn’t work. Went into the cashier to ask them about it, the cashier was not helpful at all and just brushed me off. Never again would I go back to this Esso, rather drive to another location.

I visited this location yesterday and had to wait 25 minutes for a coffee and a crispy chicken sandwich. There were only two staff members, and it was very busy. There were a lot of customers behind me also waiting for their orders. It’s clear that this place needs more staff to handle the rush, especially during busy times.

Zero stars for the customer service.How can you stay open without water supply? How do employees wash their hands before serving food, going to washroom during work hours?You are not allowed to server food if there is no hot water supply as per health codes.Garbage!!
