About Esso

Esso is one of the few remaining gas stations in the city, acting as a life saver in the west end and downtown. It is a great spot in a busy junction, very busy and generally a great place to fill up. The fuel is fantastic. The shop is small with a limited selection of snacks and drinks, and could be a little cleaner, but it does have a Tim Hortons. The staff are by far the friendliest and super friendly. Be aware it gets pretty shady after dark, and you have to be careful with aggressive strangers begging for change. The bathroom was cleaner than anticipated.
