Not bad store my complaint is checkout lines can get really long even the express checkout. Start having at least 3 cashier's for the express checkout two is not enough. Especially during rush hour times.

Somehow this is the worst location to try and get fresh cut fruit. I’ve been to locations that are a 3rd of the size and have a 10c better selection. Just go to the METRO in the same plaza.

Very good selection. Has both interesting premium products (like you would find at Whole Foods) and also surprisingly great deals on produce and basic groceries. Hot food and salad bar are reasonably priced and quite good.

Always has only 1 cash open. Line up through half the store and one person working the register.

Used to shop here every day for groceries and food for my guinea pig.
They had amazing staff like Josh and a few of the cashiers.
However I do not shop here anymore.
The new staff can't count cash, put in the wrong prices, don't know how to form a sentence or even know any of the food products. The old staff were amazing, the new ones have lost you a customer of 5+ Years. For me the final straw was being ripped off 4 times in 1 week on produce.

Went here a few times and liked it until this skinny young male cashier (maybe from Pakistan, India, not sure) practically refused to cash me out because he thought I was in the wrong line!!! I was next in the express line that he was cashing someone out at and I noticed that no one was in the regular line so sort of moved over a bit to see if I should go there but did not as this guy freed up. I approach him and he asks something about which line Id been in, I was not sure what he was saying and asked him to repeat it. He basically said he would not cash me out. I just was astounded and said what are you talking about, I was in your line, the express line, and just looked over at the other regular lane, and you won’t cash me out!?!? I was not yelling or anything, just incredulous. Meanwhile this exchange is delaying the few others waiting in the “express” under 8 items line. Finally he seems to understand I was in his express lane and checked out my four items. I merely told him that it was the rudest experience I’ve ever had in a store. I should have told the management but did not. Not going back! People like this guy have zero business working in service jobs.

I’ve shopped at this location (College and Bay) since it opened, but have found it to be not to o great within the last 6 months. Not sure if there has been a change in staff or management but the customer service and the overall stocking of shelves have been “different”. Many staff members do not speak english, nor they go out of their way to ask if they can help you.
Would appreciate a comment from others regarding the quality of customer service that they have recently been receiving here.
