Very rude customer service. I went to ship my fedex package, the indian girl working there didnt greet, didnt say anything. I waited for 5 mins and had to ask her if its done??!! She literally rolled her yes and nodded.

The quality of distribution is bad via the mistake of not being able to enter the building even if the number of unit was given though.

Worst customer service. I asked "Can I write urgent on the envelop?" and the customer service said "No." That's it. No further explaination. They are also not clear on the schedule of the pick up time. This is just a drop-off certer, not a official FedEx. Go to a real FedEx. Avoid this location at all cost.
