Couldn't say more amazing things about Felichia Bridal. Incredibly helpful and kind staff, beautiful selection of dresses and unparalleled customer service. Nicole and her team helped me create my dream dress by customizing a dress they were carrying. They coordinated everything so seamlessly with the designer based in Italy, were patient and the quality of their work from how the ran the appointments to the alterations was truly impressive. They make the process so enjoyable and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Felichia bridal was wonderful and accommodating- they ordered in a sample dress for me although they didn’t carry it at the time because I really wanted to try it. The store is beautiful and clean and my bridal consultant Kristine was lovely and always made me feel comfortable (even when she had to help squeeze me into dresses). Would definitely recommend Felichia bridal!

I did not buy my wedding dress here but had a nice experience. A small, clean, bright store where Emily and gave me her undivided attention with the help of another staff member. She was patient as I tried on countless dresses and helped me narrow down my options without any pressure to buy. They were even willing to adjust the price to meet my budget within reason and was easy to communicate with over text. Though I appreciated them trying to meet my budget, the price felt almost arbitrary. I also didn't hear a response when I let them know I found a dress elsewhere, whereas other stores congratulated me.

I bought my wedding dress from Felichia Bridal for my upcoming wedding and everything has been great. The store is really clean and nice and despite its small size it never felt too crowded. I had my first appointment back in October 2023 and Nicole was the person who helped me at my appointment. Nicole was great at guiding me towards the dress I chose when the style I had picked out wasn't what I imagined. In the end I chose something completely different than what i came in thinking i was going to get and im so happy that Nicole was able to bring me to that point. I've also had my first alterations appointment recently and that went really well too. They've been really helpful every step of the way and I do recommend shopping here for your wedding dress!

I loved my experience at Felichia Bridal and found my dress at this small but intimate store. My consultant Kristine was so helpful! She took the time I needed to try all my favourite dresses and she put so much effort into helping me to visualize the end result (I added custom sleeves). She even stayed a little longer than my original appointment time to answer all my questions and she was so patient when I called her a couple days after to ask even more questions. The only reason why I give 4 stars is that I ended up paying way more than anticipated for alterations. I understand that it involves certain costs to add customizations but when I originally asked about alteration costs it was estimated much lower than what I actually ended up paying.

I loved every minute of my experience here - from browsing to buying to fitting to alterations - up until the morning of my wedding day. My weight fluctuated between the time I ordered the dress and did my second fitting, but thankfully I had time to spare and the seamstress was extremely generous with her time and patience as we did a few rounds of alterations (which I paid for FYI). So imagine my horror on my wedding day when my mother (whose hand you see in the photos) noticed the uneven edges and the dress literally gaping open at the seams around the waist, where the bulk of the alterations were made. Thank god I had some thread and a needle on hand, otherwise I would've been without a wedding dress on my wedding day. I contacted the store after the wedding and sent photos and a detailed description. The owner then called me and proceeded to berate me on the phone, refused to refund even the cost of the alteration, and claimed he would go investigate (implying I was exaggerating or lying). It's been nearly a year - I never heard from him again. To future brides: I highly recommend carefully inspecting the seamstress' work after each alteration well before your big day!

Had a lovely experience with the staff at Felichia, particularly with Kristine as a my consultant who has been really helpful in narrowing down my dresses - very attentive with options especially with sizing as I was in between sizes. The studio is intimate and I had a memorable time with my parents and bridesmaids - highly recommend Felichia.

Emily was amazing! As a type A bride, she knew exactly what type of person I was and immediately matched my vibe. She was well prepared and wasted no time during the appointment. Extremely well versed with her dresses and detailed oriented. I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the experience. The appointment was efficient and I left the store with clarity instead of indecision or feeling like I wasted both of our time. Would definitely recommend her!

I got my wedding dress from Felichia Bridal and was very happy with the experience. They had a wide selection of dresses at different price points and allowed you to walk around the store and pick out whatever you wanted to try on (some other bridal stores did not allow for this). My dress took only a few months to arrive and I worked with their in-house seamstress for the alterations. She was lovely and did a nice job. I would recommend you give Felichia Bridal a try if you are looking for a wedding dress!

I negotiated on the price, finalized all the dimensions, placed the order, but when it came time to pay, the owner changed the price to original. I had already invested all my energy, confirmed all the dimensions, and was in the process, so I just went along with it, but it feels like I was cheated. I paid in cash and got a $20 discount. Still feeling bad.

I went to a handful of bridal stores to find my wedding dress before coming to Felichia's and honestly it was really the positive and personal experience that made me come back! My dress consultant Thais was so helpful and looked at my inspo board in order to find dresses that would suit my personal preferences which I loved. She helped me with deciding and saying yes to the dress which I am so excited to wear this year! After ordering the dress, the pick up and fitting experiences were so smooth and easy because Emily was amazing at handling my appointments. She was always honest, helpful and did her best to ensure that I was satisfied and not stressed with my experience at Felichia's. I'm so thankful for the ladies working there because I truly felt cherished as a bride to be and taken care of during this busy season! Thank you so much and cannot rave about Felichia's enough! <3

I have had an absolutely lovely experience with Felichia Bridal. The staff are all very kind and helpful. I had a great time picking my dress, trying on my final order and again for my alteration appointment. Everyone has made my wedding dress experience the best it could have possibly been, and I highly recommend their services!

Consultant Emily was such an amazing help as I searched for my dream wedding dress! She explained the fine details of each dress to me and my wedding entourage which definitely helped narrow down my choices. I would 100% recommend her for other bride-to-be’s! :)
