Quite a big shop for a convenience store. They’ve got plenty of variety. It is true that is downtown Toronto and there’s drugged ppl outside, but that’s not the store’s fault. The guy who was running the store at 2am was kind and polite, he unlocked the door very quickly for me, I didn’t have to wait out in the cold for long.

This shop was there in 2001 when I moved to the location and continues to be there, completely unchanged, despite the city turning upside down. That speaks volumes.

Honestly, I don't understand these negative reviews lol. They run a 24/7 convenience store in Downtown Toronto which is a VERY courageous act I believe. Their products are a bit overpriced but the store is very close to Chelsea like a 5 min walk so I can take it. It's true they are kinda indifferent to customers but I like it (I feel pressured whenever staff come up to me and start to talk to me when I am just freely looking around). When using this store, a homeless man blocked me and distracted me once. Homeless people are as common as cobblestones in "Downtown" Toronto but I was still creeped out. Hope you guys figure out this problem soon????

My humble request to all the guests at the Chelsea Hotel to use Fine Food store to buy snacks or drinks. It's open 24x7. If you exit from the main entrance of Gerrard at Chelsea. You need to go towards your left and walk approximately 180 meters. It's right at the corner. The Hotel does not provide water bottles and vending machines do not work most of the times. So this is best place to get what you want.

This place sells Crystal Pepsi and Dogecoin 24 hours a day, and all the interior shelves are at a 45 degree angle to the walls, it's like a real life Meow Wolf. Staff seems nice enough, selection of other slightly-more-sane things like aloe drink and watermelon slices is good, they also have a little wall of electronics adapters and a great-for-a-bodega selection of fresh produce.
