Brought in my car for bodywork to fix a hole in the right rear rocker panel last week. It was very decently priced and they were able to fix it within just a few days and it looks brand new like you can’t even tell it was done. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks again!

Bella & the rest of the staff go above & beyond to accommodate & explain everything thoroughly. I have never gone through a claim & been in an accident before, and they put me at ease. The results of the work I had done after someone rear ended my vehicle was shocking. It looked brand new and untouched. But to top it all off, I hadn’t expected an exterior car wash and full interior detail upon pick up. It was a great surprise & I couldn’t be more pleased I chose Auto Fix Scarborough. 10/10, 5 stars. Quality and professionalism at its finest! Thank you for everything!

We got in a car accident that totalled the front end of our car ($8200 in damages). I cannot thank all those who worked on our car at this Fix Auto.
Not only is my car looking better than it did before the accident, but they detail cleaned the inside of my car as well. I have two young kids so I know that wasn’t an easy task.
I even asked about some rust that’s been building up on the car for years now, and if it’s worth fixing and they were very informative in their response, not at all a money grab. They gave me a perspective of what makes the most sense and longevity.
Thank you so much, for the detail and care you put into our car. My family is so grateful to have our car back and in better condition than we left it. We will absolutely use you in the future for any mechanical needs we may have.
I definitely recommend this location.

Updated as of Aug 27th, 2024: read the response from the shop, I wouldn’t reply like that to the customer when you are a total scam. We recently got the service from Ford and they notified us the autoshop that we went to, which is this one, used the bond and glue the part they broke during the repair. That explains the whole rattling noise. I will contact TD insurance also with the photo that was taken from the recent checkup as a proof. Accusing of the customer with that attitude while you are a scam wowed me. Amazing customer service and business mindset
Don't trust these reviews!!! I went through my insurance and we got more scratches and damages after repairs at this shop. We had to change the bumper also, and got rattling noise after since the replacement!!!

That's the paintwork they did on the bumper. The difference in color between the bumper and the rest of the body is absolutely visible and pathetic. They're refusing to fix it, claiming it's impossible to match the bumper with the rest of the body. While I understand it can't be 100% perfect, this is absolutely unacceptable.

These people are scammers! Positive reviews are fake and paid for!They destroyed my car. More damage when I picked it up, than there was when I took it. They clearly drove it and had an accident, yet denied it.Little did they know that I had a tracking device installed, so can prove they are lying.I’m taking legal action and invite all the negative reviewers to join me.Let’s put this place OUT OF BUSINESS!
