I purchased an iPhone 6 from this location. I purchased the iPhone 6 for $180. The first day of using the phone I had issues with the battery completely horrible and after 5 days of using the phone my phone it randomly starting turning off.
I went to back to the shop and told them the issue. They replaced my battery and the phone actually got worse and starting turning back on and off out of nowhere.
If your going to run a business where your scamming people of their hard earned money, your business will never succeed. I believe in karma and what goes around comes back around.
Why would you guys sell a phone to a customer that you know is going to work temporarily. If that’s the case then don’t sell it at all. You guys should be honest with your customers as they are trusting to give you their hard earned money when purchasing a phone. People are struggling in this economy and that could have been their last dime.
When they replaced my battery I can guarantee you it was replaced with an old battery since my phone got worse. I will never go back to this location and wouldn’t recommend others to go here if your looking to purchase a phone that will work long term. What’s the point of almost spending $200 on a phone that won’t even last a week. I’d rather pay $50 for a flip phone that won’t turn on and off on me.

Had some IT issues, went there like six times and every time the issue got worsen.

UPDATE January 2025: a technician from another repair shop found no evidence that Fone Tech did anything to repair my laptop beyond hot gluing the charge port which was actually not even the problem.
Brought a laptop in for power connection repair in summer 2024.
Left it for weeks, was never called for pickup, when I checked in myself they told me it was working, come get it.
When I came to pick up, it wasn't working, so they said they'll fix it and come back later.
Next time they told me it was fixed, it came back with an overheating issue that didn't exist before. Left it with them to fix again.
Issue seemed fixed on pickup.
Now a couple of months later, the power issue is happening again as if it were never repaired, except also the overheat issue is still here.
Paid $200 for no repair and new problems that didnt exist before. Can't recommend.

Easy-going no pressure for example in regards to changing the plans no problem getting seats very helpful great repairing things and answering questions. Great prices where you be not to go here if you have concerns of your telephones or electronics, they got my👍

I have been going to Fonetech solutions for over 10 years. The guys have always help me out with various electronics. I consider them my friends now and I would recommend them to everybody. They’ve helped me save thousands of dollars over the years. There’s a reason why they been in business as long.

Don’t go to this place. It’s a scam!!! $110 to replace screen but not installed properly. Touch doesn’t work on iPhone after done. Then the whole screen fell out. He would only replace it if I paid $80 more dollars. Doesn’t know what he’s doing at all. Stay far away. Very rude to women.

Abdullah was extremely helpful and courteous. I had a hard drive failure and he replaced it within the hour and helped me back up my files onto the new drive. I would highly recommend Fone Tech if you have any issues with your phone or computer. Thank you for your great service!

Put glue on my face id sensor when replacing the screen, the rear glass is not even attached properly, I'm not sure if it was intentional or not, respect the efforts

Had a laptop issue fixed. Job was done in no time, and the cost was very reasonable. The store seems to have a variety of phone and computer products for sale at decent prices.
