There’s barely any plus size options. The only thing you can really find in store is an extra large if you’re lucky and you have to dig all the way to the back for it and be careful with the pans I bought a pair of extra large pans, the exact same in two different colours one fit perfectly. The other one wouldn’t even go up and was too short.

Sooo I needed these exact heels! Last year I saw these at a store but didn’t buy them because they weren’t in my size. When I came to orfus road to this store I found them in my size! They were buy 1 get one free! I didn’t need 2 pairs of heels so I only got this one pair of heels and the teddy bear keychain which is so cute. They at them at the back behind the registers when I asked the cashier he handed one over to me! Regardless I’m happy with my purchase! Very affordable too!

Absolutely terrible customer service. There always seem to be tons of staff folding clothes and talking to eachother but no one seems to work the cash register to check people out?? I've been here twice and both times there were angry customers waiting to cash out and the staff don't seem to care at all

Store has few good products to offer with garbage service though, the lady named tamanna didn't greet us at all, she just picked up our stuff that we were buying and started scanning them with a frown face. A little hi hello and a smile on the face while dealing with the customers is always appreciated

I tried to buy a top the tag dropped off in the change room when I tried it on I told them the price when I picked it up and the manager was very rude to me and told me that forever 21 doesn't sell clothing for $13 even though they had multiple racks with clothing for $12 and under. Never going to this location again. Very rude management. Yorkdale is way better.

They have me standing outside in the freezing winter I drove an hour away and they closed 15 minutes earlier.Update. Their hours posted here are actually wrong, and they been closed for the past 45 minutes already. I took it upon myself to edit them because that was really messed up that nobody on their team did.

Today at the checkout they refused to sell me a jacket because the cashier did not have the cash to give me change from the cash. They didn’t just offer to wait and change cash, but refused to sell. It's horrible. I bought a jacket that was twice as expensive, but from a store where there were no problems with service.
