I have been visiting this store for years, and Kinar, the store manager, has never disappointed. He offers the best prices on products and is incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions with ease. I highly recommend purchasing from this store or Freedom in general, not only for the competitive pricing but also for the excellent network connectivity, even in the subway, which makes staying with Freedom a convenient choice for years.

Don't waste your money with Freedom Mobile if you plan on spending time in Mexico. You can't get service anywhere, including the use of your data. I got the 75 GB data plan and have only used 1.7gb since September 1st because it literally does not work anywhere outside of a wifi connection. I have not been in remote locations either. You would think it would work downtown MXCD, but it does not. False advertising at its finest.

I’m reading these reviews about Kinar and I have to say that they are no coincidence! He was incredibly helpful to me through a particularly stressful situation regarding my account that I was dealing with. He genuinely really cares about the customer and he completely cuts the crap and puts it all on the table for you. I really regret that I signed up online instead of coming in to the store and dealing with him. Kinar is an absolute pleasure to deal with. A stand up guy. This is the kind of guy that should be promoted through the roof to teach everybody else in the company how to deal with people and do good business, they could really use it.
