Been a member of Fuel since 2017. Amazing workouts, knowledgeable trainers. Focus is always on quality of movement, improving overall fitness and generally “Being Better”. The community aspect is awesome as well - friendly people and fun events. Highly recommend!

This is an amazing gym!I was as out of shape as I had ever been and was worried about not being fit enough to join a gym. At fuel it doesn’t matter what level of fitness you are at. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable keeping you safe and so encouraging. My physical and mental health thanks them. What I love most is at fuel you don’t just join a gym you join a community.

Fuel is an amazing training club. It is a place where you can increase your fitness and find a community. I am continually impressed with the knowledgeability and energy of the trainers. The workouts always provide variety and options for every level of fitness.

I absolutely love the vibe at Fuel. The programming is what keeps me coming back as it’s varied, challenging, and fun! The coaches are very personable and approachable; I never felt intimidated. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Greg and his team have helped me become stronger mentally and physically. Fuel consistently challenges you and literally makes you “be better”. The on-line options are great too if you are traveling, it’s given me the tool to stay consistent even from a hotel. If you are looking for the best fitness experience in the GTA, look no further because you’ve found it at Fuel Training Club.

I found Fuel when I was really looking for a challenge in my fitness routine - and boy, did I find it. I loved how the classes pushed me to my limits from a cardio and strength perspective, and they honestly didn't miss a beat when the pandemic hit. Don't know how I would've survived the (many) lockdowns without Joanne!!!, Greg, Emily and Fuel on Demand. In awe of how the gym was able to pivot and offer no shortage of workouts based on skillset, equipment, space, etc., and it only continued to get better with the additions of interval club, Track and Fuel, etc. I feel like I've been able to not only maintain but in many cases improve my strength and fitness levels through the last few years and it's truly thanks to Kettlebell Club!

Have you never done strength training but want to give it a try with expert instruction and guidance? You should come to Fuel. Are you already a regular gym rat but want to push your fitness even further? You should come to Fuel. Are you looking to be part of a wider community of super fun, encouraging people after 18 months of lockdowns? You should come to Fuel. I have never been to a gym where every body type, every ability level, every gender was welcomed and supported the way it is here.The trainers are amazing, the spaces are incredibly clean and well organized. You will sweat, you will get stronger, you will definitely make some friends. (You might also swear under your breath at the trainers mid session but that just means they’re doing their job)

Fuel is basically the only group fitness I go to anymore. I've done Barry's Bootcamp, F45, Equinox, Goodlife Group Fitness as well as Orange Theory. My primary interest in working out in a public place is whether or not the approach feels smart and safe. As in.... is what this person is telling me to do going to hurt more than it helps?What I love about Fuel is that they bring the energy and the intensity without encouraging people to throw their bodies around blindly just to get sweaty. The movements are smart, safe and well instructed. The equipment is top notch, the instructors are excellent and the workout variety takes the guesswork out of things for me because I know the training there is well rounded.I care about taking good care of my body, and Fuel feels like a place that really helps me do that. Plus they tell good jokes and the music is on point.

I love working out at Fuel. At the gym and their online classes are both very high quality. The team is compassionate and makes a welcoming environment for all abilities. The other members are also friendly and helpful! The training programs are extremely thoughtful and effective. Greg, the owner, is very professional and his programming is up to date with research and best practices. I especially love the focus on mobility since I sit in a chair for most of my day. Highly recommend this gym for people who want to be fit and hang with great people.

Before joining Fuel I had taken classes at a number of gyms but never found a "sticking" factor. Since day one I have been blown away by the quality programming and knowledgeable instructors, who are committed to challenging you in a safe and fun environment. And you will be challenged, and you will sweat, occasionally curse, etc. It's all in good fun!I'm way more confident in my abilities since joining Fuel, and I always look forward to workouts and love the community. No matter your body type or ability, you'll find a supportive fit here.

I joined Fuel in Dec 2015 as a physically active but socially nervous person. (I had previously had a membership to the Y and never actually managed to workout there because I found it intimidating and overwhelming.) Fuel is the exact opposite, all the trainers and all the members are encouraging, friendly, diverse and enthusiastic. The gym is clean and well maintained , the music is great, the trainers really care and the workouts are always challenging no matter how strong and skilled you think you are. I have stayed committed to Fuel for the past 7 years and am forever indebted to the owner Greg and everyone else for the tremendous and lasting impact they have made in my life.

Fuel has been my gym for the last few years now and the programming is top notch and never stale. I've never incorporated barbell work into my own routine and although it looked hard and daunting at first, Greg and all the awesome trainers have made it 2nd nature now. Love the community feel here. Everyone is so encouraging and non judgmental.If you want to challenge yourself while getting stronger and faster in a safe and fun environment, please give fuel a try. You won't regret it.

Simply stated, Fuel is the best.I have been a member at several different boutique gyms in the city, and Fuel is the one I consistently come back to.The trainers are incredible, the facility is top notch, and there are usually cute dogs that hang around.The workouts at Fuel are the right amount of challenging, yet functional. The trainers will push you, but never to the point where your body breaks down. They also have on online presence, so it’s easy to stay consistent and connected as we move in and out of lockdowns.Please check it out, you won’t be disappointed and will likely “be better” after.
