Super cleaners. Excellent with stain removal. They take great care with special fabrics like cashmere. Never had a problem in many years.

Been using Gentle Q since we moved into the area about 18 month ago. They are quick (nothing done on site so no same day service) and reasonably priced. No issues with their work this far and can do alterations and repairs which is handy.
