Horrible company!!!! Ordered items online and they were never delivered and company refuses to reimburse or reship items when it was lost. They robbed me of almost $5000. Don’t waste your money, and right before Christmas. Reps were also rude, intentionally misgendering me and calling me a ma’am when I’m a man, and no way it can be confused. Horrible!!!

Cute New York style fashion. Bought a beautiful black cocktail dress and some jewellery. Hard to find a sales associate in the clothing section.

I like to walk around this store at lunch. I find their merchandising needs work however the staff are really nice. I recommend Elmar in the handbag department as he is always happy to give me the one on one time to show me all the new inventory and help me out with any purchases.

I've been looking at a pair of Dior jeans for some time, & was finally picking them up from Saks today. Immediately after picking up my item, a man approached me and asked me if I'd like to put the items on hold, I replied "no I'm fine, thank you. The same man continues to ask me the same thing less than 60 seconds afterwards and this makes me feel uncomfortable. Before taking my pieces to the register, another man passes me and brushes me. There was no apology or excuse me, just staring. This man is not wearing a name tag but clearly works for Saks, because he has a walkie talkie. After brushing me, this staff member makes a U-Turn and decides to follow me around the store shamelessly. Mind you, I am a frequent customer at Louis Vuitton in Saks & am being treated as if I'm a wanted criminal. I address the man and ask him why he is following me & he claims to be "just standing by cash" .. the registers were closed. So after blatantly lying to my face, I tell him that I tried to cash out there and it was closed. He then says he's the manager when I ask to make a complaint. I ask him for a card and he fails to provide me with any follow up information. I gave him the items I was going to buy, out of frustration with the way I was being treated and left the store after visiting my friends at LV. Customer Service & Harassment are two very different things.
