I've been taking my cars here for a while now, off and on. I'm happy with the service, but I can't understand why they are so expensive. A basic oil change for example is $134 at the Honda dealership vs. $218 at Glenforest. I really like the convenience and supporting a local business, but aren't independent neighbourhood garages supposed to be a least on par with dealership prices?

Great service by a staff that seem to enjoy where they work and are genuinely interested in getting to know their customers.
No upselling and no pressure to do work that is not critical at this juncture.
Work is done within the time scheduled.
My family are customers since our first interaction a few years ago.

They are absolutely professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They listen to you carefully, spend time with test drive with you if needed to make sure what is your concern specifically. I was lucky that they gave me appointment in a day after we met, we did test drive 8am in the morning and I picked it up at 12pm same day. The problem that I was experiencing for about 9 month resolved and my car drives much much better!
I would recommend them for sure.

These guys are fast, friendly and effective. Around the corner from my house so very convenient. One of them even dropped my car off at my place when it was done - without me having to ask. Love these guys.

I had a great experience recently with the Glenforest Garage. The mechanics there really know their stuff and provided very sound advice to protect the prolonged health of my vehicle. I have recently made the decision to switch all of my vehicle's maintenance to Glenforest from the service I was currently using.

It was my first time at Glenforest Garage and their staff were polite and informative with me from beginning to end of service. Pricing was fair and reasonable which was pleasant to find. I recommend them confidently for imports (mine) and domestic vehicles.
