The team is happy to work with customers, answer questions, and walk them through everything they need to know. Staff help pick out perfect food and find items immediately. The owner is generous, often providing free samples and goodies with purchases. The store has a great selection of foods, treats, toys, and supplies. Customers appreciate the points system for purchases. Many report their dogs and cats love the products found here. It is considered a home shop for both new and returning customers.

    Excellent attendant. I showed her the picture of the food package I needed to get for my cat and she found it immediately. Also I like the system of points they have for items one purchases. Thank you all.
