One of the dirtiest locker rooms of any gym I’ve ever been to. Urine all over the floor. I wouldn’t dare use the showers or sauna. It’s filth. I’ve complained many times to management to CLEAN regularly and those requests continue to be ignored,

I just want to say that this is easily the worst experience I’ve ever had with a salesperson. I wanted to use the gym with my friend (who is a member there) and was trying to buy a day pass. I was told that it would make more sense for me to get a 1 week trial as a day pass was $25 and I was told the week was $17. A couple days later I check my bank balance and I was charged $70 rather than $17, which in my opinion is absurd for a 1 week trial. I called as soon as I recognized what happened and I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it unless I wanted to sign up for a recurring membership. I don’t believe they intentionally scammed me out of my money but the integral thing to do would be to refund me and charge me for the day pass as that is a ludicrous price for a 1 week trial and it was a clear miscommunication. The staff member did not communicate the price clearly. On top of this, What really bothered me is that the guy ‘Vicky’ who sold me the 1 week trial told me that he would speak to his manager and call me back in an hour. I recognize that this is partially my error and I wanted to work something reasonable out. Vick never called me back and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve heard anything from them. Even if they weren’t able to refund me, not calling me back is just bad business. That makes the whole thing feel like a scam, and it is a shameless way of saying ‘we have your money and now we don’t care.’

Worst customer service . Been there after moving to the locality .
I have been a goodlife member before but visiting this particular location was no less than a nightmare.
Sarah at the front rudest employee.
Vicky who was from guest experience was also very unprofessional .

Good gym, they validate parking for 2 hours. Unfortunately the bathrooms are dirty and it is busy in the afternoon

All staff is amazing. I can’t give 5 stars cause it gets very busy after 5pm, and there’s not enough equipment. Also this guy in the front desk w a tag labeled as “big” was extremely rude to me and my friend. I wanted to show him this branch, and i understand I can bring a friend for a visit with my membership. This guy dismissed me, talked down to me and made me feel so bad. The way he treated me, my experience negative overall that way… He needs proper training for customer service, and maybe some therapy?

I really enjoy this location which is the closest one to my place, however the staff working on weekends have no responsibility, showers have no soap (not a single one), and there is usually no paper in the toilets.

Gym can really busy but love that it’s in an open space with lots of bright windows, including views of the CN Tower. Lots of great machines to use and about 5 squat stations as well for leg day! 🏋🏻♂️💪🏼

Everybody at the gym is so nice and sweet. Specially Michelle, she is the best person anyone can have .. so helpfully. Also Brian, jerome all of them can go out of the way to help you. I would recommend everyone to come here.

The gym itself is okay. It's very busy but it is clean and it is over most hours which is great.
Most of the staff are also very polite and very easy to deal with. So I have really nothing bad to say about the facility itself.
However, I do want to add this as a cautionary tale to folks considering personal training. Do not pre-purchase your personal training in batches. After 10 days you will not be able to get a refund for those personal training credits purchased. I discovered this the hard way and now I can no longer get refunds for credits that I will no longer be using.
Disappointing to say the least.
