I had an amazing experience at this car dealership!The service was quick, and the my sales person Eric Silverman went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. He made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.He even stayed back with The General Manager after closing hours to make sure the car was delivered on the day promised .I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car. They definitely deserve a 10/10 rating! ??

It was great to do business with JLR, especially working with Mr. Hamdi, as a great sales representative.He was super patient with us to find the best deal for me. Worked with numbers and rates, so finally in black friday we made it work.During the time I had to kill for paperwork, I had a tour in Grand Touring, which was a great experience and it was like I was in a muesuem.Took pictures from the inventory at that time, which I share with everyone to enjoy.This place is a heaven for every person who's in love with cars - like myself.

I purchased an extended warranty for my Jaguar which comes with roadside assistance, I broke down on the highway and called the number the dealership in Toronto gave me when I left, I was reaffirmed I should have no issues....fact it does not work in the USA and for 8 hours it was a back and forth with ....it works by Toronto and it does not work by the people in Florida and to add insult to that fact roadside doesn't work Janet Doan at the dealership in Toronto just stopped answer my calls and emails from me. I than had to talk to the assistant manger but he then told me the work being done on my F pace will have to be paid by me also(wow) So the question is why did I spend so much money on a service I could not use? I was very clear I am a snowbird and I wanted to make sure I was covered. Nowhere, does my warranty mention anything about roadside not working for my Fpace in the USA.. the idea behind roadside is to help you regardless where you are. So anyone that travels outside of Canada good luck. I than just got a call while I am doing this review trying to get my F Pace picked up day two, that I can get the work done? I have been stranded and whomever sourced a extended warranty on behalf on Grand Touring DID NOT get a plan that should be in place for upscale vehicles. The assistant manger I am still waiting for a call back from yesterday. ANY other car roadside assistance works but with the plan with Grand Touring that is a big NO.... IT DOES NOT WORK, I am finding out the hard way. A happy ending the dealership in Florida is going to help me unlike the Toronto dealership. This has been a very scary experience for me and still no answers from Grand touring. This has left me stranded and alone.Carol Dumas

My Jaguar broke down in Florida and my roadside would not pick it up, they send the roadside they have does not cover the USA, Stranded day 2 with a warranty that does not work in the USA

I did not receive the e-mail to rate the service I received, so I will leave a review instead that everyone can see.Trade In: 2017 Mercedes C300 Coupe for a Used 2020 Jaguar F-PaceMy sales person was Eric Silverman, when we went for a test drive, he knew I already was familiar with the F-Pace (father owns one) and spent his time showing me things most people wouldn't know about the car, which apparently was a lot. I enjoyed speaking to him and he made my experience amazing. When it came in to discussing the trade in value, I told him this is what I'm looking for and that was that, we agreed and completed the paperwork. There wasn't any back and fourth or negotiating or low balling. They were fair and I respected that.When people asked me how I'm liking my car I didn't even think to speak about my car, I couldn't stop talking about the service I received. I felt like I was driving out of this dealership in a Lamborghini with the way I was treated, it's clear its not about how much you spend, you're still treated very well. Mike Steeves, beyond knowledgeable, provided me with so much insight on the car, presented me with a nice key box with my keys + keychains, to then do a reveal of my car in the show room (made for such a nice video) and to top it all off, Eric gifted me with a toy model Jaguar F-Pace which I absolutely loved and so did everyone else in my family.Also, want to shout out the rest of the staff that I met along the way/assisted with anything everyone there was in good spirits, polite, and made my entire experience at Grand Touring that much better.When it's time to upgrade, I know where I will be going again and anyone reading these reviews thinking if they should or shouldn't, come here, my answer is you should.
