We had a few hiccups regarding the review process at the beginning that led to a few extra costs, but you could argue that it was a shared responsibility. Overall, they delivered a great video mostly within budget and timelines, and I'm very happy with the result. Paul showed a great drive and responsiveness which I really appreciated. “10/10 service and turnaround time. I called about 15 other print shops in toronto to print a logo on some yeti travel mugs. A few said they could do it and last minute couldn’t. Printman outsourced someone to make them for me, and did it in 24h so I had our swag for an event the next morning. They did an impeccable job in unimaginable time. “I got colour copies made of my legal documents. Service was fast, friendly and fair. They open at 8:30 am which makes it convinient. The store was not busy at opening time. I was the only customer and I got served right away.
I was charged $4 for 3 sheets of paper which seemed slightly expensive compared to other places which charge $1 per copy. I am not sure what the 33% premium is being charged for.
All in all, besides the price being high, everything else was great and I would recommend this business to anyone looking to get documents printed or photocopied.”
