Fantastic service from the sales associate. My husband and I had been walking around all day, wearing athletic clothing, comfy shoes and sunscreen. We were greeted immediately and the sales associate spent plenty of time showing we items, showing me options to customize and made me feel as if I had all the time in the world. I didn't end up purchasing anything during this visit, but I will be returning during my next trip to Toronto. Service like this is what you come to expect while shopping at luxury stores. I was very impressed.

Amazing customer service! My sunglasses broke and I went in for repair. They got back to me within 2 days and offered a brand new pair in exchange at no extra cost. I’m very impressed and super happy!

Absolutely terrible customer service. I purchased a pair of leather loafers for my boyfriend to wear to his graduation. He wore them twice and they look like garbage right after wearing them only twice two week after purchasing. We brought them back to the store and they said the best they could do is send them in for repairs which would take 3-5 weeks and it would cost $126+tax. We thought that wasn’t too bad so once we got confirmation that they were ready for pick up, I went to the store to pick them up and they looked the same as when I brought them in. The employees are claiming that the shoe had water damage but it wasn’t raining when he wore them. All they did was wave the repair fee because of course it looked like no repairs were even made. Do not buy leather from this store. Buy from YSL. I purchase a YSL bag and after four months there was a piece of the bag that ripped and I went into the store and they gave me a brand new bag. Now that’s WAYY BETTER customer service. Keep in mind. He never even got to wear the shoes to his graduation. As a seriously long time Gucci shopper… I will NEVER purchase anything from Gucci again. They should be mortified that they are treating customers like this. Also, he has a much cheaper pair of loafers which he actually wears in the rain and they look much better. How is that even possible…?

I just had the most amazing experience at Gucci Bloor. I purchased the most stunning sunglasses in Gucci Italy in October, I broke them the first time I went to wear them in December. When I contact Gucci in Italy they told me to take them in to any Gucci store here in Toronto.I took them to Bloor street and Pierre theManager was great and did a ticket for me to have them fixed, 2 days later I was contacted by Holly to let me know they would do a full exchange and mail them out to me since I live all the way in Ajax!Thank you both formaking my experience excellent!Yvette

I recently had the misfortune of visiting the Gucci shop and was immediately struck by the utter lack of aesthetic discernment displayed in the choice of carpeting. I expected something more befitting of the Gucci name and reputation, yet what I encountered was a garish and vulgar display that would shame even the most humble of establishments.The carpet, with its gaudy pattern and cheap construction, was an affront to the senses, akin to having one's eardrums assailed by a cacophony of discordant notes. Its threadbare and frayed edges were a testament to the utter neglect and disregard shown by the Gucci management towards the ambiance of their establishment.One can only imagine the abject horror that would be inflicted upon a Harvard Professor of English were they to step foot into this travesty of a shop. It is truly a shame that such a prestigious brand would permit such a grotesque display of poor taste to besmirch their name.In conclusion, I would implore the Gucci management to reconsider the carpeting in their Seattle shop, for it is a veritable stain upon their reputation, and a flagrant affront to those of us who hold a discerning eye for beauty and elegance.

It's always an absolute delight to come here. Vincent is entertaining, efficient, and a joy to talk to! My dog and I always receive the warmest welcome and have a great time shopping together. Fantastic selection of ready-to-wear, bags, and shoes; they even have the cutest pet collection!I will say that the repair services isn't the most impressive; I once had to get a damaged bag repaired and it did take quite a while. The bag wasn't exactly repaired the way I had envisioned it would be, but I understand it was a difficult ask. Overall, a great Gucci boutique location that I visit consistently.

Jan provided an excellent service. Very knowledgable in all products and passionate on the job. I was looking for Men’s wallet for husbands gift and Jan help me out and and gave me a lot of ideas, Not my plan to buy for myself that day but since Jan provided a friendly service i had to buy one! I mentioned what product i’ve been looking for and easily found one and answered all my questions. Superb Jan! Wherever job it takes you, they will be very lucky to have you!

I bought a handbag in October from this location and just want to highlight the excellent service I have come to know from Gucci. The sales associate was extremely helpful and answered all my questions but also answered many questions my husband had of other pieces in the store we were not going to buy during this visit with care and genuine interest. The impression we left with is that the staff here know their brand well and care about their customers experience. I've had similar experiences at Yorkdale and Halton Hills outlet as well even when just in to browse. This brand truly sells an experience, not just a product.

Great customer service at this Gucci store. Came to exchange a belt and was given a helpful advice about the different lengths. The design of the store is gorgeous, there are many products available at this store. Also, the packaging was a nice touch.

I'm normally not the one to write reviews however I felt the need to share my experience with Jan and Emma at Gucci Yorkville. I was on a business trip with very limited time. Walked into a few high end luxury shops and wasn't feeling the vibe (snobby, arrogance, etc). My mood changed once I stepped into Gucci and was greeted by Jan (who was smiling!). I let Jan know I had 5 minutes and was looking for a specific item. True professional, found me what I was looking for in that time frame. We exchanged numbers and continued on my way. The next day I messaged Jan looking for items for my wife, he responded quickly and sent me some photo's. I said I would stop by shortly to purchase the items. Jan said it was his day off and that he would set me up with Emma. Emma was fantastic as well, answered all my questions and made some recommendations based on the new collection that was released. When I got the bill, Emma let me know that Jan would be the one who got credited for the sale and thanked me for my business. To sum up my review and if you've read this far, I'm happy to see employee's who are genuinely happy where they work! Especially in a retail world where they work on commission to see how they look after each other. Customers can sense it right when they walk through the front doors, trust me! Jan and Emma, thank you for the great experience I wish you both all the best!P.S. I work for a luxury brand and manage 20 sales employees including sales managers.
