  Called to ask a few questions in regards to what forms I would need to bring in.
  Despite being open Sundays the lady I spoke with said I’d need to call on Monday to ask someone else. She also hung up on my face when I asked if I could talk to a tax consultant.Very rude and unprofessional

  Very unprofessional and no concern for the time of others. I was told they would call me within a week, then I went in to check on my taxes and they could not even find my information. After locating it, I was promised it would be done by the next day, and when I came in, please have a seat, we have to find it. Outrageous!
