They give you the same ans8every time called. Basically some tax expert will reply my e mail.No I say I want to speak with someone who knows status of return no no e mail only. Totally bad

i just wanna say thank you to lynn(sorry if i spelled your name wrong). She is such a lovely person she help me with my taxes and it was so easy with her its like talking to a friend.
