????? EXPERIENCE!!Sierra absolutely TRANSFORMED my hair into exactly what I wanted. My hair was dark and dull, and after getting my hair cut elsewhere (mistake!) I needed to put it in the hands of professionals. She fit me into an appointment at the last minute and gave me exactly the balayage look I was hoping for. My face is visibly brighter because of it and the compliments have been endless. I expressed that I wanted a balayage that I could grow out because as a student I don’t have much disposable income to go to the salon often - she completely understood and absolutely killed it! Sierra also recommended products to use in after care to keep my hair looking healthy at home. I was in a bit of a rush and didn’t have enough time to have her cut my hair and fix what the other salon left me with, but I’ve already booked an appointment for next week with her to complete the absolutely perfect hair glow up ✨ Sierra thank you for giving my hair life again!!!

I've been getting colour services with Marie-Eve for 5 years now. We've gone through many hair colour transformations together, from coloured/marbled roots, to all over fashion colours - and since I'm now living 4 hours away from Toronto - we decided to work in a nice balayage over several appointments so I can deal with the grow-outs (up to 16 weeks out). Despite the long distance travel, I still manage to make it down here and treat myself to some Marie-Eve magic. The salon itself has great energy, lovely aesthetic, and the staff are really kind. I have been a client at Hair by Banks for a few years, and every visit leaves me happy and excited about the treatment I have recieved.The studio itself is clean, spacious and beautiful, and when the weather is right they have a cozy patio to chill at.Whichever stylist is at the front desk, I am always greeted with a friendly and helpful welcoming. The owner has great banter with the other stylists, and it really is a great vibe to be around the whole team.I felt compelled to write this review particularly becuase of the exceptional services I have recieved from Martin. I have been a client of Martin's for two years, and I have never had healthier, stronger, and more beautiful hair than I have under his care. He takes the time to listen and understand your needs, and is very articulate and prescriptive towards the treatment he provides. Martin has offered suggestions around hair care and styling to me, and his approach and drive for excellency has given me utmost trust in his skills. He is truly a professional at what he does, and on top of this he has great taste, so I always leave with a great style.Not only this, Martin is very personable and enjoyable to talk with, and it truly is such a treat whenever I get my hair done. It feels like I'm hanging out with a friend when I am there, and this makes the time go by. I’ve been lucky to be taken care of by Marie-Eve Faucher for over 6 years now and every time I have an incredible experience. I have naturally dark hair like her and she helps me have so much fun with creative colours like blue, purple, green, pink, often a mix of all of them! My hair is super healthy and glossy and a huge part of my look and I regularly get stopped on the street and asked where my hair is done, and I say it’s the work of the talented Marie-Eve!!

I’m a client of Cody’s at Hair by Banks & Co. and he is absolutely AMAZING! I don’t trust a lot of hairstylists when it comes to my hair but I know with Cody, I’m always going to leave with a beautiful end product. He’s an amazing colourist and knows how to trim my dead ends just enough, while still keeping my length. He can also blow dry my curly hair pin straight without using a flat iron, which no other stylist has ever been able to do. This Salon is incredible honestly. Not only is the vibe very friendly and chill, but the staff are all so wonderful. You can tell the people who work here actually like working here. Martin is such an amazing stylist/colourist! My hair was very damaged and the colour was looking pretty awful and Martin walked me through my options, making sure along the way that my hair would remain healthy and looking beautiful. I honestly learned more about my hair today than I have in my entire life. If you are looking for top quality in every way, please go here! For years I was going to salons and always disappointed with the experience. Not only have I had a phenomenal experience from day one. The team here is so welcoming and attentive and ahead of the game. I came here after my previous stylist moved to this salon and was unable to see her (her schedule was packed), she commended another team member to me to ensure I was taken care of. Not only have I now been seeing my stylist Martin for the last 7 months, and am over the moon with his services and work. I constantly have different idea and changes from one appointment to the next - he has always been so positive and ready to do whatever I throw his way. I don’t know anyone who hasn’t walked out of here with exactly what they came in for.Brit should be proud of her staff and the environment she has created here.
