I ordered a shirt online and picked it up in person. When I picked up the shirt the service I received was amazing. Renee invited me to try on the shirt, and recommended a better fitting size with complimentary tailoring with guidance specific to the event I purchased the shirt for. I was also offered the flexibility to have the shirt was shipped to me.
My entire experience was excellent, and I would strongly recommend Harry Rosen based on the care I received from the very courteous and professional staff.

Stefon is the man if you want to feel like a boss and get treated like a Boss go to the 100 king street west location! When you go to a high end men's fashion store there is a a Certain feel you expect and should get and trust me you feel and get both at 100 King street West. I would also like to thank Ron for setting this up. All the guys at 100 king west are tops! Please learn from my mistake and stay away from Eaton center location. VERY Unprofessional!!!ONCE ANGAIN THANK YOU RON AND STEFON!!!! ????

Long time shopper at Harry and have been pleased with their products. But recently bought a cashmere cardigan, washed as per care instructions, and it stretched way out. Contacted their customer care team, and in the end they offered nothing.
