We went here for a work holiday party and we had a really amazing time. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful and kind. They taught us all about curling and how to play, and everyone had a really nice time. The vibe and atmosphere was just terrific, and everything was just perfect. Highly recommend for a group outing if you're looking for something fun for a work activity or with friends

It is a great place to come. It is very cozy. It definitely has its own charm. The parking lot is big. It's a gem hidden in a city.

People are welcoming and friendly!Nice skill mix - novice players in the mornings, and intermediates come by the evenings. Hours are great - check playtimescheduler. Free parking on both sides of the building. Driveway is a really tight though.

Great club with good overall conditions. Love the lounge area with enough seating and a pool table. Just a few notes if you do decide to visit: 1) The ice may be a little slower than other clubs if you are used to faster ice conditions, 2) The entrance to the parking lot is VERY narrow so make sure you don’t hit the surrounding buildings when you pass by! Otherwise, great overall experience with this club.

Great curling club tucked away in High Park. Went for a team event - instructor was great, ice was perfect and the bar inside was a great end to the day.

If you want to curl in Toronto than this is the place. Faculty and staff are amazing.Tips: Bring an extra pair of runners or specific curling shoes. Don't expect to wear the same shoes you do outside as the ones you wear on the ice. If you're wearing a sweater (recommended) try and wear a sweater that doesn't leave fluff all over the ice. Any left over debris will affect the ice and your curl.Another tip is the oce always changes. If you have 5 people on the ice versus 50 people It will change the condition of the ice. Your push and pull power will change depending on how hard/cold or soft/stickey the rocks become. One tip I can give if your pushing a rock straight out of the hack. Is... try to make sure you're not crossing the line before 3 seconds are up. It's like the magic sweet spot for setting up your guards! From this sweet spot you can push your rock a little further.Getting the practice time to be efficient at curling is not easy. I've been doing it for a number of years and am still not effective. There's no way I would have the confidence to skip for the team. Maybe after 10 - 15 years. But the more I play, the more I find myself wanting to understand the nuances of the game. It really is a magical game the way it can swing either way.Have fun, and please stay safe in the ice. Nearly every time we step on the ice someone is taking a spill. It may even be beneficial to wear a helmet put there if your someone who doesn't have a lot of balance when sliding around on the ice.
