?? This store is horrible. Really horrible There shouldn't be such a bad store here in Canada. ?? the very old clothes with no updated fashion, the ugly shirts but horrible prints, very old, that's why the prices are like that, these shirts and these ugly clothes will never sell

Worst customer service you can ever get. I was trying to return my pants and I travelled two hours just to return them cause it was 9 PM on the dot they refuse to return it even after telling him that I was travelling from very far away. I really didn’t expect a customer service like that, so just be aware when you’re here!

Great place with good prices for quality, but I have to mention that the paper bag they gave me to hold my newly bought clothes was razor sharp and even had teeth!!! It gave me several paper cuts. Hollister, please fix this!

Wonderful experience, warm jackets.I went to shop and the store was full, initially I thought to came out from the store as I was feeling tired and nobody was helping me. I was looking for size L in a specific jacket style. I was okay with any color available (out of 3 colors available). I asked a girl who was working there and she said whatever we have on the display is what we have, so if u can't see L that means we don't have it.I was stepping out from the store and I saw a boy , folding the clothes.I asked him whether they have size L in female jackets. He immediately checked in their mobile or internal system and said YES ,they have . He took 5 min to locate the size L and gave me 2 colors in the same jacket.I smiled and I asked his name. His name was Deigo.I ended up purchasing 4 Jackets ( 2 for my husband and 2 for myself) because of his service.Thank you so much Deigo, for the wonderful customer service experience!!
