Love love loved my engagement ring and wedding band from Hollywood! Whole team was pleasant to work with and very honest. I had a vision and they were able to completely deliver exactly what I wanted and then some. Important to note that I wanted a particular band but when they showed me the wax model realized it wouldn’t fit flush with my engagement ring. They were able to make modifications to have it fit PERFECTLY! The combination of my engagement ring and wedding band is perfect and I cannot recommend them enough <3

I had an excellent engagement ring purchasing experience at Hollywood Diamond! From the moment I walked in, Mr. Thai (owner) made me feel like part of the family. Their customer service is top-notch—everyone was friendly and genuinely eager to help. I was in contact with them for about 3 months from the initial consultation to picking up the ring. They were quick to respond to all my questions and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
What I appreciated most was their no-pressure sales approach. I felt comfortable taking my time to make decisions without any pushiness. They thoroughly explained all aspects of ring design. It’s clear they care about building relationships with their customers. I will be back with my fiance to shop for our wedding bands. I highly recommend Hollywood Diamond for anyone looking for a personalized and stress-free experience!

My fiancé and I just got engaged a few days ago and I couldn’t be more happier with my dream ring. Thach was such an amazing and helpful man throughout the process of creating my customized engagement ring. As we were discussing every detail about the ring and even getting to see the wax product of the ring, I had a great idea of what the outcome would look like and it did not disappoint. I was surprised with the ring’s final product when my fiancé proposed to me and I broke down in tears because of how beautiful the ring was. Devastated that I lost the gem in my ring, called ahead and they assured me I could still stop by after closing to look at some replacement stone/gems. Such a sweet shop, they found a rhinestone small enough and put it on my empty ring at no cost!! Highly recommend, thank you for making my day!

I decided to book an appointment with Hollywood Diamond on a whim, considering it was close to my condo. I now reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba, and I had no expectations whatsoever. Little did I know that it would be the first and last jewelry store I'd visit in search of a wedding ring for my wife, along with our wedding bands (we've been married since July 5, 2024). I was simply amazed by the level of service that Mr. Thai and his family provided from start to finish. I was in a unique position where I needed my wedding band resized (multiple times) and mailed to Winnipeg, Manitoba, just in time for our wedding. It proved to be no problem at all, thanks to constant communication with Mr. Thai, who managed to put my mind at ease. Most importantly, he helped us find the perfect combination of a wedding ring and wedding band for my wife to admire and enjoy. Jewelry stores can be found on every corner in Toronto, but the level of service provided by this family-owned business was unmatched. Thank you to Mr. Thai and his family for being part of our special day.

From day 1, the Thach family made me feel comfortable and at ease discussing our vision for the dream engagement ring. Their knowledge and attention to detail made the process go by so smoothly and the finished ring was nothing short of stunning. Thach was very communicative and even made time to schedule appointments during off-hours to make sure everything was on track. We had our engagement ring custom made here, the diamond selection process was interesting yet a great experience. I appreciate that we can see the custom mold of the ring before setting the diamond. He had made 2 other engagement rings for my sister and for my cousin before and I would highly recommend!

We visited Hollywood Diamond about 1 and a half years ago to resize a small ring for my girlfriend. Thach Thai and his family did this with ease. While we were there Thach took us through all the intrecacies of diamonds with such passion and excitement that at that moment I knew where I had to go to get the engagement ring I was going to give the girl standing next to me getting her thin gold opal ring resized.
When it came time in November 2023, Thach and his family at Hollywood Diamond meticulously took me through the creation of the ring that would start the next chapter of our lives together. Hollywood Diamond took me on a journey from understanding diamonds, viewing and choosing the perfect stone, designing the ring, creating iterations of plastic molds and finally creating the final product, and all at a very reasonable price compared to other vendors.
Thank you so much Thach, and your team, for creating such a beautiful ring and making my fiance (and me) so extremely happy.
