I was there yesterday me and my mom to return a mirror. There was a brown old lady ( i dont know if shes idian or mexican) bit she was brown , old and had boy haircut. She was so mean and rude to us . We didn’t know we had to do the line from the beginning like the shopping line cause we were returning she started talking badly to us . Also we didn’t have the price tag on the mirror but we had the receipt she also started to be rude and mean and she had a very bad attitude. I understand that the price tag should be on the product but she can explain it to us in a good attitude no need to be rude and mean and to have an attitude. Seriously she ruined our experience at this homesense . If shes old and dont want to work no need to be rude to customers. It was the worst customer service i have ever had .

Nice store with lots of items for household needs.
Lovely selection of designs and materials. I was happy to be there. Pleasing products for kitchen, bath, furniture, crockery and home tools.
Good to spend time just browsing too, if one does not to shop.

The store itself is great. Very organized, clean easy to find things. However, the manager was very rude to my daughter and myself. We were asking a question about a discount for a floor model, and it was like we were wasting her time. She kept walking away from us as we were speaking with her. Very rude. We did not make the final purchase, not because there was no discount, only because if her rudeness. The cashier was very pleasant. However, the manager was not.

HomeSense is a store where you can find what makes your house elegant cozy and luxurious. There you can find brand names of furniture, carpets, bed sheets, bath accessories, cushions, vase, table lamps, kitchen utensils and many many more items. The only thing that the prices of those items are very overrated, which addresses a certain buyers only. I bought two off-white dining chairs of Tahari, and they look great with my sofa.
