Out of the 4 homesense / Marshall’s locations I’ve been to in downtown Toronto this location is the most organized I’ve ever seen! Super clean and tidy. A bit cramped in some areas due to space limitations but the staff here do a great job at keeping things organized.

Great customer service from cashier, i think his name is Iman! Super friendly and took the time to help me out even though it was really busy. Hard to find genuine service nowadays so kudos to this one, keep up the good work team!

"I recently purchased a marble table and was incredibly impressed with the service provided by the manager, Ron (I'm pretty sure it was name - short dark haired handsome lol). He was extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process and even assisted with wrapping the table for transportation. It's rare to find such exceptional customer service. The location of this Homesense store is decent, situated below ground level. It feels relatively cozy compared to other Homesense stores, with a warm and inviting display and staging that enhances the shopping experience. Also, the aisles are narrow, which can make it a bit cramped to navigate through the store.
The staff are friendly and provide good service, contributing positively to the overall visit.
One drawback is the parking situation—finding convenient parking can be challenging, which might be a consideration for those planning to visit.

Maybe it’s my American expectations from HomeGoods influencing my opinion, but it wasn’t quite so well organized. Not as much space to house things I suppose but ruined the experience for me. Still love the place.
