Really a great experience. I’ve visited this store a couple of times before, but this time the bud tender North really got me what I was actually looking for. She was professional, helpful and really patiently she helped me out in choosing the correct thing. A great shout out to North for providing the best customer experience. When in to pick up my order on august 18 and the girl with the mask on her face was very cold. She couldn’t answer even the simplest general question like “is this a popular product”. Mr brains beside her even jumped in with his cold attitude saying “we are not allowed to answer any questions”. I’ll never go back especially when there are so many other places that actually act like they care about your business and they answer general questions and they actually smile. Prices are all the same within 1 or 2 dollars everywhere else.
