Today, while making an online purchase, the gift card became locked due to a well known system bug that hasn't been fixed. As a result, I have to wait 48 hours, missing out on free delivery for cyber monday. No alternative options were given, only the suggestion to use the gift card on another day, but that is just a problem on their end and I am losing about $60. I'm truly disappointed.

Great store. Despite the small footprint, there’s plenty of options here. The showroom still feels never-ending, and the floor feels as big as ever. Everything is spread vertically to maximize the space available, and it works perfectly. Even the cafeteria is spread across three floors. Good establishment, self checkout at the cafe.

My favorite store ever... This is my first time to visit IKEA Canada. The store is offering good discounts currently. Although it is relatively small, it offers a good variety. The staff there is friendly and helpful. Don't forget to taste the swedish meat balls there. It's very delicious. Also, if you have an IKEA family card, you can get free coffee. You can apply for free on the application or at the store.

I usually go to this IKEA store for the free coffee per day. Last time I went to get a soup bowl as it's good quality and it's cheap. Restaurant lineup was okay as long as you don't go around 1pm. I found the line up was bad then. I did the self checkout for the bowl as well so I would say it's pretty fast, but no service to comment on. This is the 2nd bowl that I got, I recommend it as it's the perfect size for noodle soup. This IKEA is good for getting the smaller stuff, and just to see how things look. For beds and sofa, you'll have to do shipping probably easier.

Not the big IKEA but, you have most of the required stuffs. You can return stuffs bought from other ikea. Also, nice cafe like vibe for the food, smaller but, good menu

Such a fun store! It’s crowded and a bit overwhelming, but IKEA has some incredible products.Good luck with parking! There is a parking garage near by and others in the surrounding area. I visited from out of town and wasn’t sure where to park.Everyone was friendly, but it was packed! One entrance brings right upstairs to level 2 and it took me a minute to find the stairs inside the store for level 1.This small IKEA has everything you’d expect: various departments based off your different home needs and the IKEA market/deli!I wanted to buy some furniture, but couldn’t due to the parking mix up, but still a fun place to shop!

I'm giving an extra star because the food is great, but this location is cashless and it's a huge inconvenience. I was going to make use of my tips to buy my items and was very disappointed that I had to use my card. Now I have to wait until I have the time to go out to the actual full size stores for stuff that I could really use now.Worst part is that there was no obvious signage alerting customers to this fact, I only found out when we got to the counter. So there's really no way of knowing if you just walk off the street, which kind of feels like it defeats the purpose of how great a location it's at.

So this was my first time in IKEA and really enjoyed it. The store was pretty big and the food was cheaply priced and was very delicious. The staff was extremely nice and patient. However, my only complaint is that they don't accept cash, I know this is 2023, but still.

Excellent use of the space. There’s most of the essentials at this location. The restaurant, as is section, and room designs. There isn’t a warehouse for the larger however you can get the items delivered. There’s the displays available for larger furniture like couches.

This store is a bit of a disaster. The worst part about my overall negative experience here was checking out. There are no cash registers here, no cashiers. There are a handful of self-checkout stations (for a store of--what 40 thousand square feet?). I counted five IKEA employees hovering around the self-checkouts in order to help customers. Why not have them cash customers out?? When one of my items didn't scan properly, I was "randomly selected" to have my purchases checked. Can you imagine? The IKEA worker hovering over my shoulder then had to delete my order, take everything out of my bag, and start all over--he scanned every item I had just scanned! And bagged it. It took five times as long for me to give IKEA my money, and honestly, with the inconvenience of having to cash myself out, I almost left the store empty-handed. The fact the IKEA does this shows not only how they disrespect their customers, but also how badly they treat their workers. Those five IKEA employees had to bear the brunt of frustration and anger of that entire long line up of people. When I asked why this was the set up, the young man who was assisting me shrugged and said, "They don't want to hire people." Shame on you IKEA!

Good place. Nice collection. Although it seems less than the other Etobicoke location. But still they have decent enough choices if you can't go that far.

Selections are the perfect amount for the intended demographic of downtown customers. I was pleasantly surprised given the space that they had and the overall layout was intuitive in my opinion. Staff were very friendly and helpful if there was anything I needed. I thoroughly enjoyed the seating area located in between the first and second floor that allowed for eating and studying if need be. The food is always good, and they’re desserts are just as good. Very impressed overall and a good place to just walk around if you enjoy being in IKEA.

5/5 stars for the food alone! ?I come here once a week on my lunch break just to eat ??? The food is consistently good and very well priced. I’ve tried the traditional meat/beef Swedish meatballs, the veggie balls, and the plant based balls. The original meat ones are still the best in my opinion - also because I love the hot mash and cranberry sauce that comes with it.The large touch machine that you order from is very user friendly and the food is always ready in <5 minutes. The cappuccinos and lattes are also delicious and cost half the price of a Starbucks ?Oh, and the Swedish milk chocolate bars are amazing and so are the oatmeal choc cookies ?Go IKEA Go! ??

My wife and I love IKEA. Whenever we pass by, we always get their strawberry frozen yogurt with a sugar cone, however this time we were delightfully surprised that they had added veggie hot dogs! I remember for the longest time, this location didn't have, but now they do. And it's only $1!We purchased two, one each, and it came with red cabbage, fried onions, mustard and ketchup. It was very tasty and definitely worth the price. We're looking forward to the next time we're in the area so we can grab a couple more!
