I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and this is coming from a loyal customer of 2+ years. I purchased a vehicle in February 2022 and dealing with this dealership has been unbearable since. I have been trying to reach Cristina Rivero for 1 week and I have left several voicemails and no response. Every time I call the receptionist she tells me she isn’t here. I have called the general manager and no response either. It should not be this hard to speak to a finance manager or anyone at a dealership. I also received the same treatment from the previous finance manager Rada Vazic. This dealership messed up my pre paid maintenance package too, no other dealership honours this package and I am forced to drive to downtown Toronto every time for an oil change. When I was told every single Infiniti dealership would honour this package. Please do better.

I would to Mention how excellent service i received from the part service person ( AMER AZAZY )
I have been a customer of Nissan & Infiniti since 1999 in different dealership in GTA and I would l like to mention how professional is Amer from parts whenever I called and asked about parts he'll answer and if parts needs to be order he'll do it , explain the different parts if it's 2nd or 1st line and give the price.
Amer At the time I suppose to pick up the parts , exactly on time once I get there and called just in minutes he's up at the front desk ready as he's expecting me to be there .
Amer is a professional taking my call listening to what I need to order and he'll ask a question to make sure I order the right parts.
By dealing with Amer you'll feel welcome and this is the kind of employee make you come back to the company.
I hope my review will reach the GM of Infiniti & Nissan Downtown and recognize Amer as a good employee and sample to other.
Amer is in a higher level of customer service ??????.

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Infiniti Downtown. The entire experience was excellent. Our consultant, Sami, was professional, knowledgeable and a joy to deal with. You can tell that this dealership does all it can to please the customer. And the prices are extremely competitive!

I strongly advise anyone thinking of leasing or financing a vehicle from infiniti go to a different dealership and not the one downtown, Also avoid having any interaction with both these people at infiniti downtown, SUFIAN ELMSALATI and RADA VAZIC as they both work together I believe to get you the highest price. I was also told by them that all those downtown dealerships are owned by the same person so my advise is to shop elsewhere for better prices. They tried to stop me from going to another dealership by encouraging the dealership to raise its price so that I stay with them. Please don't lease or finance a car from these two people. My experience was terrible, shop at other dealerships, that are not link to the downtown group. Their parts and services are also much higher than other dealerships so please shop around if you want a better all round experience. I also contacted their complaints department and someone is yet to respond both of their employees behavior was distasteful, disgusting and very unprofessional in their aggressive approach to try and convince me to stay with infiniti. This is also my second bad experience with SUFIAN ELMSALATI. Also don't not waste your time to call or leave messages for IRIS YUAN because she doesn't not return messages or phone calls, I left her messages for at least a month with no response, she is very unprofessional as a financial service manager. The two people I would recommend if you are already tied to that dealership is CRISTINA RIVERO and LENNY. The manager of the dealership also doesn't return calls and messages so my recommendations will be to go with any other infiniti dealership beside the one downtown.

Just purchased our first Infiniti. 2024 QX60. Thanks to Sami & Iris for the easy and professionalism shown by both of them. Very happy with the test drive, walk around, and delivery. Detailed explanation about the car and Sami went above and beyond to help us throughout the whole process. Had a very nice car unveiling on pickup day with a couple of surprises to take home!
Definitely ask for Sami for your next Infiniti purchase!
